TV News – Isaiah Washington Guest-Starring in Bionic Woman ; Mandy Patinkin Out For Good

That’s right… NBC has decided to have Isaiah Washington guest star in a 5 episode arc of the new fall show, Bionic Woman. How does that make you feel? I am reading a lot of places that people will not watch the show now. Let me know! You can read more here: The Futon Critic

——————————-

I posted the other day that Mandy Patinkin had not shown up for the first day of shooting the new season of Criminal Minds and he was gone from the show, but may be back for 1 episode to wrap up his storyline. Even that doesn’t look like it’ll happen now. Check out the new news here: Watch with Kristin @ EOnline

  1. Grey's Anatomy Fan says:

I will Never Watch anything with Isaiah ever… I Agree with those People I don’t like him at all not even on Grey’s…

  2. Jessica says:

I’m disappointed that Isaiah will be on the show. I was looking forward to this one new show (not many have a big pull yet) but it feels like a dark cloud hanging over it. Its too soon and that ‘incident’ is still too fresh in the public’s mind (especially since he keeps bringing it up) I think it will over shadow everything, but I’m glad to hear at the least that it is a guest star appearance, and not the ‘joined the cast’ that I heard earlier.

  3. Jenny says:

I agree, Jessica. I think it’s too soon as well, and I’m not sure I’ll be watching the show now. I dunno… :-/

  4. Lisa says:

I was really looking forward to Bionic Woman. Before IW was cast in it. I loved the original series, and watched it as a child when it first aired. But if IW is going to be in the new version, I won’t feel comfortable watching it. I don’t want to give him ANY support unless/until I feel like he’s worthy of it. And so far I don’t feel that way. Bad move, NBC, casting the homophobe.

  5. Jenny says:

Yup, I think so too. It could go either REALLY good for NBC or REALLY bad. Either a lot of people will watch to see him and see if he has the chops for it and see what the fuss is all about or a lot of people will AVOID the show BECAUSE he is in it. We won’t know til it airs, i guess.
