TV News – 11/19/09

How is everyone’s week going so far? Mine is busy but I’m getting excited that Christmas is nearing, we’ve already started to decorate. šŸ˜€ Glee was great last night wasn’t it? I’ll get in to it more this weekend when I do my review, but Rachel and Will were great this episode. Anyways, let’s get to some news.

Scott Foley (The Unit, Felicity), is heading over to the ABC sitcom, Cougar Town for a three episode run starting December 9th. Foley will be playing Jeff, a wealthy man who pretends to be interested in one of Jules’ (Courteney Cox) properties, for a yet to be determined reason. I’m thinking it’s because he’s interested in her, but that’s too obvious… isn’t it? I’m happy with this casting, Foley is quite sexy and in my opinion, it would be nice to see Cox’s character cuddle up to some sexy men closer to her age. Source

More after the jump.

As always, Ausiello is rocking the spoiler scene like the star he is (no I’m not jealous… well maybe a little šŸ˜‰ ). Here’s a link to a great Ask Ausiello spoiler chat, which includes some juicy details on some of our favorite shows including, Glee and House. As always if you don’t want to be spoiled then do not click the link, everyone else away you GO!

ABC is giving us Grey’s Anatomy fans a little extra something to enjoy on starting tonight at 10 pm. The new web series called, Seattle Grace : On Call will follow some of our favorites like Joe the Bartender (Steven Bailey) and some of our least favorites like Reed (Nora Zehtener) while they hang out at the bar. The webisodes will be approximately 4 minutes long and there will be 6 or 7 of them. I think this is a great addition to the Grey’s universe, and I just hope that loves this TV blogger enough to allow Canadians access as well! Source

Finally for today, as a huge fan of Glee, I was thrilled to read the awesome interview done by The TV Addict, with Cory Monteith who plays Finn on the show. Really, if you haven’t seen Glee yet, you are missing out, it’s definitely the best new show of the season! Check out the interview here, and then don’t miss new episodes of Glee on FOX, Wednesdays at 9 pm.

Alright, I’ll be back tomorrow with more news. Tonight you can catch an all new episode of Grey’s Anatomy on ABC at 9 pm, and don’t forget that tomorrow is the worldwide premiere of New Moon: The Twilight Saga in theatres, check your local listings for show times etc. šŸ˜€
