Hello all! It’s mid-week and although there are quite a few reruns on TV tonight, you can count on a new episode of Glee to make you happy at 9 pm on FOX. For now I have a bit of news for you.
The cast of The Shield, including Catherine Dent, Kenny Johnson, David Marciano, Benito Martinez, Cathy Cahlin Ryan and David Rees Snell, are going to be guest stars on Lie to Me. This casting is courtesy of Shawn Ryan who used to write for The Shield even earning an Emmy for it. The episode is titled, Pied Piper and it has Dr. Lightman (Tim Roth) questioning whether or not he made a mistake when he helped convict a man of being a child murderer. Expect the episode around spring time. I’m excited for this episode, because Tim Roth is fabulous on the show and I can’t wait to see how he acts when his character might have made a horrible mistake. The cast of The Shield are sure to do a great job on the show as well. Source
More after the jump.
Paris Hilton and Snoop Dogg are going to be coming to your TV in January on a second instalment of I Get That A Lot, a show where celebrities pretend to be just regular people who just happen to look like famous people. Other stars slated to appear include Rachael Ray, Gene Simmons, Tony Hawk and Julie Chen. I can’t see Rachael Ray being good at pretending to be someone other than her bubbly self, she’s just so upbeat and I think it’ll be difficult for her to tone it done a bit. Personally I wouldn’t know Snoop Dogg if I passed him on the street but I’m sure I’m in the minority on that one. I don’t know if I’ll be watching but it’ll be airing on Wednesday, January 6th at 8 pm on CBS if you’re interested. Source
Bravo’s hair-styling competition show, Shear Genius, will be back for a third season with 12 new competing stylists. This show has the stylists performing different challenges each week that test their skills, creativity and they are ultimately eliminated if the judges don’t feel they have what it takes. The third season will premiere February 3rd at 11 pm on Bravo. Source
The TV Addict has a great interview with Chris Lowell from Private Practice, but he also manages to get at least one question in about his former role on the awesome, Veronica Mars. Lowell talks about Dell’s upcoming big episode on Private Practice and other things. I loved Lowell on Veronica Mars and I love him on Private Practice so I really enjoyed this interview and I think you will too. Check it out here!
If you’ve been living under a rock, and have yet to realize how fantastical (Okay made up word but so perfect for this 😉 ) Glee is, check out these clips over at E!Online of the episode tonight. Speaking of Glee, Kristin over at E!Online, has a wonderful interview with Jessalyn Gilsig who plays Terri, Mr. Shue’s wife. The interview discusses the baby secret and Jessalyn’s future on the show. I warn you that the interview discusses some of the topics from tonight’s episode, so if you think it might be spoilerish for you, then don’t read. Everyone else enjoy! Interview here.
Alright, that’s all I have for you today but I’ll back tomorrow with more news, have a great night.
