Hello everyone! Wednesday and guess what… only 9 days until Christmas. 😀 Let’s get to the news.
As we all know I am a huge fan of Glee, one might even refer to me as a ‘Gleek’, so it will be no surprise for me to post this amusing video. Mark Salling (who plays ‘Puck’) has posted a video and song as a tribute to the cast and crew of Glee, it’s not fabulous quality but it’s definitely worth a watch if you love the show. Bring It On: Fight To The Finish will be making it’s premiere on January 17th on ABC Family and I’m sure it’ll have a big audience. It’s the fourth instalment for the Bring It On franchise and it has a loyal following. Also with the general viewing audience of ABC Family I think the movie will get some decent ratings. Gilmore Girls alum, Kelly Bishop (she played Lauren Graham’s mother), is going to be guest starring on Mercy for a multi-episode arc. “She’ll play a patient of Sonia’s (Jamie Lee Kirchner) named Elaine.” I’m really pleased with this casting news as I really enjoy Bishop and am looking forward to having her back on TV again. Alfre Woodard (Three Rivers) will be guest starring on True Blood as Layfayette’s Mama! No news on when but that’s fabulous news none the less. I think she’ll be superb in this role as she is such a multi-talented actress. Unfortunately this again doesn’t bode well for one of my new favorite shows, Three Rivers because where will they be without their strong department head? *sigh* Well, I suppose only time will tell.
