Sunday is the season finale of The Jacksons on A&E at 10/9c.

Tonight is the series premiere of Human Target on FOX at 8/7c. It takes a brave, selfless man to make himself a “human target” in order to save the lives of those in danger. Based on the popular DC Comics graphic novel, Human Target is a full-throttle action drama centered on Christopher Chance (Mark Valley, Fringe, Keen Eddie), a unique private contractor/security guard hired to protect. Call him what you like, because for Chance, it’s about one thing only: saving his clients’ lives. When there is an unusual or imminent threat that can’t be solved through “normal” means of protection, Chance is hired to completely integrate himself into his clients’ lives to become the human target. If you’re a corporate manager whose disgruntled employee has gone violently off the deep end, Chance is your new auditor. If you’re the president of a bank who’s been tipped off to a potential heist, Chance is your unassuming bank teller. During each job, Chance, assisted by his business partner Winston (Chi McBride, Pushing Daisies) and hired gun Guerrero (Jackie Earle Haley, Watchmen), puts himself directly in the line of fire as he races against time to save his client, while unraveling the truth behind the mission. With every new danger, Chance’s dark history will also unravel. Does anyone know who Christopher Chance really is, or what secrets lay buried in his past? What would make a man willingly become a human target?

Monday is full of new series! First up is the series premiere of American Pickers on the History Channel at 9/8c. This isn’t your grandmother’s antiquing. Pickers like Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz are on a mission to recycle America, even if it means diving into countless piles of grimy junk or getting chased off a gun-wielding homeowner’s land. Hitting back roads from coast to coast, the two men earn a living by restoring forgotten treasures to their former glory, transforming one person’s trash into another’s treasure. American Pickers follows them as they scour the country for hidden gems in junkyards, basements, garages and barns, meeting quirky characters and hearing their amazing stories. If you think the antique business is all about upscale boutiques and buttoned-up dealers, this show may change your mind–and teach you a thing or two about American history along the way.

Tonight is also the long-awaited series premiere of Life UneXpected on the CW at 9/8c. After spending all of her 15 years bouncing from one foster family to another in Portland, Oregon, Lux (Britt Robertson, Swingtown) has decided it’s time to take control of her life and become an emancipated minor. Her journey through the legal maze leads Lux to her biological father, 30-something Nate “Baze” Bazile (Kristoffer Polaha, Mad Men), who owns a bar, lives like an aging frat-boy with two slacker roommates, and is astonished to learn that he has a teenage daughter. Lux is equally astonished when Baze reveals that her mother is Cate Cassidy (Shiri Appleby, E.R.), a star on the local “Morning Madness” radio show, along with her on-air partner and real-life boyfriend, Ryan Thomas (Kerr Smith, Dawson’s Creek). Lux has been listening to Cate’s voice on the radio as long as she can remember, so she feels an instant connection with the mom she’s never met. Baze takes Lux to meet Cate, who is shocked and saddened to learn that Lux has grown up in foster care, but thrilled to finally meet her beautiful daughter. When a judge decides that Lux isn’t ready for emancipation and unexpectedly grants temporary joint custody to Baze and Cate, they agree to try to get past the awkwardness and make a belated attempt to give Lux the family she deserves.

There are also 2 series premieres tonight on MTV, starting with the premiere of The Buried Life at 10/9c. If you had one day left to live what would you do? Ride a bull? Throw a legendary party for everyone you love? Vegas? Now if you had your whole life to live, would you lose that drive, or would your list just keep getting longer? This is the real life adventure of four young men on an epic quest to prove that anyone can do anything. With cameras rolling, Duncan, Ben, Jonnie and Dave set out with a list of 100 dreams: everything from kissing Megan Fox to giving a toast at a stranger’s wedding to giving away a million dollars to falling in love. But they also made a promise to themselves. For every goal they achieve on their list, they help a stranger do something on theirs. At each stop, they challenge strangers with the ultimate question: “What do you want to do before you die?” The boys help people of all ages, from all places, discover, organize and attempt their wildest dreams. With each new city or town comes a new set of challenges as the team races to make the impossible happen, all before leaving on their next adventure. This series explores the exciting wonders of human potential and the exhilaration of going after one’s dreams-those dreams too often buried by everyday life. This is the incredible and hard to believe true story of a journey called The Buried Life. It’s all in the question: “What do you want to do before you die?”

Following that, it’s the series premiere of My Life As Liz, also on MTV, at 10:30/9:30c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 11/10c. The show explores high school life through the eyes of Liz Lee, a precocious, sometimes sarcastic, always witty teenage girl trapped in a conservative Texas town. Ever the outsider, the series explores Liz’s attempt to make the best of her senior year by carving out a place of her own among her more “normal” peers. While Liz’s off-kilter outlook and impeccable comedic timing make her journey of self-discovery an often humorous one — her openness and honesty allow viewers to bear witness to the truest and most tender moments of being a teenage girl.

Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars, Gossip Girl) and Randy Jackson (American Idol) are two of the guests on Late Show with David Letterman, on CBS at 11:35/10:35c.

How about Eric Stoltz, GREYS ANATOMY. He rocked that serial killer role, making him scary and sexy at the same time. Looking forward to Caprica and the Graham Norton Show.
