TV News – 2/1/10

I had such a busy day today! So sorry that the news is late but seriously… what a day! I registered my baby girl for kindergarten today, she starts full days in the fall. I know she’s ready but it’s always hard to know that your baby is growing up. 🙁 Okay I’m done now. 🙂 Let’s get to the news.

Fred Willard (Modern Family) and Swoosie Kurtz(Pushing Daisies) are going to be guest starring on Chuck as a “spy couple now over-the hill but still in the game.”. Expect these fabulous actors to show up some time at the end of the season. I love these two and they will no doubt bring some fabulous comedic moments to the already hilarious show. Source

More after the jump.

The sexy interior designer, Nate Berkus, who has been on numerous episodes of Oprah and is a friend of the talk diva, has just been given his own show. Oprah helped get Rachel Ray, Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz their own shows and now she’s bringing us the talented designer to our televisions come fall in The Nate Berkus Show (Original isn’t it?). 😀 It’ll be broadcast on NBC. I will be honest and say I’ll be watching, I’m a sucker for Nate and I’m an even bigger sucker for makeover shows, so I hope his talk show will include lots of decorating stories. Source

Andy Samberg (Saturday Night Live) will be guest starring on Parks and Recreation next week. “He’ll be playing a character named Carl, the head of security for Pawnee’s parks, who clashes with Leslie (Amy Poehler) after a resident is accosted on his watch.” This sounds like a great role for Samberg, I think I’ll actually watch! Will you? Source

That’s all for now folks, but be sure to check out new episodes of Make It or Break It at 9 pm on ABC Family and CSI:Miami at 10 pm on CBS. Enjoy!
