TV News – 5/13/10

Sorry the news is so late today! Just a few renewal and cancellation notices at the moment. First up, the renewals!

  • Much to my delight, NBC has renewed Chuck for a 13-episode fourth season. Source
  • Also coming back for a 13-episode second season is V. I’ve never watched it, so I guess I’m just happy about this for the people who have! Source
  • Finally, it seems like the CW is seriously looking at renewing both freshman drama Life Unexpected and one of its staples, One Tree Hill, both for 12 episodes each. More info on that and other news at Ausiello @ EW
  • That’s it for the good news. Now onto the cancellations, after the jump!

  • Although not official yet, it looks like NBC will be cancelling Law & Order after a long 20-season run. For more info on that and the possibility of a Conan O’Brien produced show being picked up for midseason, check out Zap2It
  • In fairly unsurprising news, ABC has Romantically Challenged, Better Off Ted, Scrubs, and FlashForward. Source
  • Finally, Comedy Central has cancelled The Sarah Silverman Program after three seasons. Source
