Comic-Con Thursday Recap 7/23/10

Thursday, I saw the panels forBurn Notice, White Collar and Psych. As well as tons of other crazy things while walking around the conference centre. There were zombies, super heroes and half naked people. It’s fabulous. 🙂

For more on my day jump with me.

I started out the morning walking around the exhibit hall, and looking at booths. Okay, I was also shopping for my daughter but working at the same time I promise. 😉

There were some amazing booths, including the FOX booth and the WB booth. Both of these booths had lots to offer in the way of visual stimulation and I took it all in. (FYI there will be lots of photos when I get back home.)

I loved the Bumblebee statue from Transformers especially because it was standing next to a beautiful Camaro, my husband would be so sorry he missed. 🙂

On to the panels, where I stood in line for over an hour to get into Ballroom 20 to see Burn Notice. It was worth the wait, Bruce Campbell who plays Sam was a genius.

On a side note, an executive from USA Network announced that they are going to be making a Burn Notice movie. The movie will be a prequel to the show and will star none other than Bruce Campbell. Yay!

Moving on, Matt Nix (The creator of Burn Notice and The Good Guys), is amazing. He’s witty, and entertaining. I think I love him.

The panel was full of funny comments but not a whole lot of breaking news minus the movie stuff.

Next panel up was White Collar and it was a really yummy panel, between Matt Bomer and Sharif Atkins (ER), I was so happy. 😀

The whole panel discussed their story lines and talked about how fun it was on set. Matt Bomer and Tim DeKay sang an edited version of the Folgers song they sing on set, and it was epic.

After seeing this panel, even though there weren’t any great spoilers released, I can tell you that if you haven’t been watching White Collar already you don’t know what you’re missing. Tune into USA Network, Tuesdays at 9 pm.

That’s all the details about Thursday but tune in tomorrow for my details on more panels. I’m off to bed to rest for more Comic Con.
