  1. Amanda says:

    Glee..

First off I am such a GLEEK! lol.. I discovered the show half way through the season so I am a late bloomer but managed to catch up thanks to reruns..

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see a Beatles tribute! WOuld totally rock!

  2. candice says:

Would love to see a rendition of Maroon 5!!

  3. Lindsey says:

I would love to see an episode devoted to Billy Joel. He has such a great catalog, and I really think they could make an awesome episode out of it.

  4. Randi says:

Ah, Gleek fans everywhere… who is the one woman who can top Madonna and Lady Gaga… why CHER, of course!!! Is a reason really needed? Let’s just say Cher was out-performing, out-sassing, out-dressing and out-sexing both Madonna and Lady Gaga while they were still in diapers!

  5. amber bogner says:

I have to go with The Beatles as well! Such a classic group and awesome for solos and harmonizing. I love The Beatles!!!

  6. Sara says:

I’m gonna go with Michael Jackson…because he is the king of pop!

  7. Cara Wilson says:

I have to go with Elvis Presley. While the Beatles are classic, and Michael Jackson is the king of Pop. Elvis Presley is the King of Rock and Roll. He’s sold over a billion records world wide. And is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the Gospel Music Fall of Fame. Not many artist have that type of distinction.

  8. Kathleen Pasqualini says:

I would love to see a Queen tribute show, but they have already done 3 songs, so as a second choice I would pick Billy Joel. He has a wide range of music that would fit their story lines easily.

  9. Jessica says:

I just discovered Glee not too long ago, and I have to say I was a bit of a skeptic. Having grown up being a die-hard fan of movie musicals and anything musical theater related I was so afraid that this show would be cheesy beyond belief or simply poor quality enough to make me cringe.

Well I am very happy to say that I was totally blown away. Yes, there is a bit of the “cheese factor” going on, but the performances are amazing and the acting is first rate! I love each and every one of the characters and I’ve truly enjoyed listening and watching their renditions of so many well known and not so well known songs and artists.

And oh dear heavens I just realized how long this post was. I think I put waaaaayyyy to much thought into this. Shutting up now. ;-P

Not having been able to watch the entire series to date, its a little hard for me to pick an artist or genre that I would like to see on the show for fear of showing my ignorance and saying something that’s already been done! But since I suppose in the end you can never have too much of a good thing… πŸ˜‰

Artist: I would love to see a Rat Pack tribute episode. The musical possibilities are endless, with hits from Frank, Dean, Sammy or even the associated female stars like Judy Garland or Shirley Maclaine or Marilyn Monroe. Just seeing the Glee club members put on some old Hollywood Glamour would be amazing!

Genre: Well I don’t know about genre but my brain is going two ways on this. I’d love to either see a complete episode done in the style of a classic hollywood Gene Kelly style musical (i.e. Singing in the Rain or American in Paris), or something more contemporary like an entire episode parody of American Idol or So You Think You Can Dance. Either would provide amazing opportunities for the cast to shine as well as unbelievable music!

  10. Noah says:

One word, Bowie. David Bowie has influenced music. I am a huge fan of his and he was the pioneer behind the freaky side of music and glam rock. he took presence and sound influnce from brittish bands like the attack, pink floyd (syd barrett) and the pretty things and combined them with the theatrically he learned from american psychedelic performers. He was a inovator of glam rock and made way for a great subgenre that lasted over a decade.

  11. I would absolutely love a WEEZER episode of Glee!!! I know they’re not as high profile as the beatles, but they are simply amazing. Besides, isn’t that what we all love about Glee? Being different and separating from what is expected?

  12. Amy says:

If i had to choose one artist/group that Glee would tribute an episode to, it would have to be TAYLOR SWIFT. Taylor Swift is a complete inspiration to most teenage girls around the world. Her music speaks to them because it talks about her problems… which is what all girls have. Since Glee is based on people in highschool, i think it would be perfect. “Fifteen” by taylor is pretty much what Quinn and Finn are. They are pretty much like two fifteen year olds, saying how much they love each other.. but then break up. “Fearless” is another one of Taylor’s songs that completely relate to Glee. All of the people in the Glee club are pretty much losers, but they stand fearless against the whole school. Also, “Thug Story” with T-pain shows how Taylor can come out of her comfort zone, which is what Glee is all about. I personally think all of Taylor’s songs in some way or another can relate to Glee. Also right now, i am watching “theatricality” which is one of the episodes of Glee. That episode is about being yourself which is what Taylor Swift and Lady GaGa is all about.

  13. Molly Stulmaker says:

glee should do Led Zeplin, they are such a classic band and new directions could do a great performance

  14. Alanna Q says:

I would love to see them do a girl band vs a boy band (i.e. Spice Girls, Girls Aloud etc. VS. BSB, N’SYNC, NLT! etc.) It would be such a good competitive assignment for the week that the club could definitely have fun with. Just brings back a lot of 90’s pop that many of us grew up with, and speaking from experience, there were always arguments about whether boy bands were better than girls bands and vice versa.

  15. andrew b says:

a Bob Marley episode. i would like to see how they handle it, or a Prince one would kick ass

  16. Enrique says:

I have to say that I would love a Maroon 5 episode. I think the songs may apply to the storylines of some characters =)

Also, for some reason, I would love to see a Spice Girls rendition…. I don’t know, but I think the songs they choose for an episode for that group and the performances of them would be awesome.

  17. Eva says:

I would love to see an episode with the songs from the amazing movie Hairspray. I believe that everyone in Glee would find his/her/their perfect song choice there. All the songs are great and adorable for a lot of people. And I would die to see the group number to ‘You Can’t Stop the Beat’ at the end of the episode!!! That would probably be my best moment in the show so far. But that’s just me πŸ˜‰

  18. Cheryl W. says:

I am a total GLEEK as well. I would love to see an ode to Def Leopard. That would be the coolest!

  19. Erika says:

I’d love a Whitney Houston episode of Glee. She has come and gone, just like the passion for movie theater that GLEE has inspired!

I do like someone’s idea, however, to pay tribute to Michael Jackson. I mean, he is classic and he can sing AND dance. Think of the moon walk!

  20. Amy C says:

I would LOVE to see a tribute episode to Micheal Jackson because his discography has something for everyone on the cast – ballads (You Are Not Alone), great dance songs (Billy Jean), duets (Scream) and I would love to see how they would glee-ify the songs.

  21. I’d love to see an 80s themed episode. πŸ™‚

If we have to go with one artist then how about Pat Benatar.

  22. elisa says:

what do u guys think of a celine dion episode of glee?

  23. Would LOVE a Katy Perry episode, she’s quirky – just like the entire cast, and her songs are fun but also beautiful (ie ballands like thinking of you or not like the movies) I could definitely see them doing Teenage Dream, along with Hot N’ Cold!

  24. I would love to see an Aerosmith themed -ep. The boys really had fun with KISS and would love to see them tackle Aerosmith from their early days to present. We already know how awesome “Dream On” can be!

  25. i am probably the biggest Gleek out there. every poster available is in my dorm room, i have the clothing the accessories, the computer wallpaper, the twitter dedicated. plus i sing in the shower…. i’m a closeted glee club member because there’s no glee club here πŸ™

i would die to see a taylor swift tribute, featuring mainly Lea Michele because she has stated she would LOVE to sing T-swift songs. plus i’m a huge fan!!!

  26. Elgs says:

Would love to see a rendition of Beatles songs.

  27. Jenn says:

TAYLOR SWIFT! She’s amazing. She has such an amazing presence about herself. Her albums have definitely showed how much she has matured over the years. Her voice is so pure and her lyrics are realistic and relate-able to everyone.

  28. Spencer says:

I’d love to see them perform songs by Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, or Rascal Flatts

  29. Annie Ballesteros says:

I would LOVE a Rooney episode!!!!!!! I know that not a lot of people have heard about them, but their sound is sunny and bright (pop-ish at times) and I think would be an awesome fit for everyone’s favorite Glee club!

  30. Stephanie says:

Tears of Fears. Old school but amazing. And everybody should have a little bit of the 80s in their iTunes πŸ˜‰

  31. Emily says:

I would love to see glee pay tribute to Kylie Minogue. She is one of those classic strong females that glee loves showcasing (see: Gaga, Madonna), she has an amazing range of songs, and she’s Australian, like me πŸ˜‰
And she can relate to both young and old generations.

  32. Kathleen says:

I love Maroon 5. I think their songs would be great to be reworked for Glee.

  33. laura d says:

I would love to see Aerosmith! There are so many great songs and I think the cast would be great with their songs!

  34. Frances says:

I would love to see Glee do an episode around Rascal Flatts’ songs. I think it would be so cute to watch Fin and Rachel singing “Bless the Broken Road” to each other (even though they are just teens). Or maybe they could team up for “Melt”. They have such chemistry together that they could pull off any number of songs by Rascal Flatts.

  35. Callie says:

Another tribute episode? I’m not sure we really need one. There are going to be so many this season; I think more would be overdoing it. I think the best quality episodes are the ones with a mix of different artists’ music instead of one artist.

However, if I HAD to pick an artist for them to do a tribute of, it’d be Kelly Clarkson. I’d love to see her guest star on the show, plus they already featured one of her songs & put her on the “former glee club members” flyer. It would be a pretty fun episode, I think. πŸ™‚

  36. Ana says:

MAE. Mae + glee= the most amazing thing I have EVER. SEEN. pleeeassssee Ryan Murphy & Adam Anders! DO IT!!!

  37. Marie says:

I agree. This would be soo epic!!!

“MAE. Mae + glee= the most amazing thing I have EVER. SEEN. pleeeassssee Ryan Murphy & Adam Anders! DO IT!!!”

  38. Christina says:

I would love to see either Taylor swift or Carrie underwood (even though they already did one of her songs) It would be awesome to see either of them guest star too!

  39. anthy says:

I’d love to see a tribute to They Might Be Giants. It would be AMAZING.

Thank you very much for the giveaway! πŸ™‚

  40. Lauren says:

I’d love a tribute to Nsync. I think it would be a lot of fun with the dances and stuff and I grew up on their music, so it would be enjoyable to me at least!!

  41. Laura DeLuca says:

I would love to see a tribute to David Bowie because I loved him in highschool

  42. Steph says:

I would love to have Aerosmith. I love the song Dream On they did last year.

  43. Steph says:

I think I would like to see the Beatles.

  44. Allison says:

I think they need to do Culture Club. Who doesn’t like a little Karma Chamelion?

  45. Sarah says:

first off, i’d like to see EVERYONE sing because i know they can and they really are amazing.
I’d say there needs to be some more oldies that the group of girls should do.

for the boys – i’m diggin’ the rapping songs lately, (billionaire, empire state of mind, etc) let’s see some more.
for the girls – mercedes needs another solo. πŸ™‚ I always love her songs/voice.

OH & MASH UPS ! MASH UPS ! MASH UPS ! i’m big on the mash ups. <3

  46. Sarah Jean says:

umm hello, the girls need to do SPICE GIRLS !

    HAHAH YES ! πŸ™‚

  47. Patrick says:

I think I would like an episode full of show tunes music.

  48. Linda says:

I would like to see a 50’s Episode.

  49. Samantha says:

Chris Brown because it would be nice to see more dancing and he is a great dancer.
