If We Controlled Your Remote … 10/3/10

I can’t believe it’s October already! It seemed like just yesterday it was the beginning of September, and we were gearing up for an all new fall season of TV. Well, the season has been here for a couple weeks, we’ve had two deaths (Lone Star, My Generation), but we’ve also had a lot of great premieres of our favorites and new shows. Let’s see what you should be watching this Sunday in our opinion. πŸ˜‰

Megan’s Choice: Tonight is the season premiere of CSI: Miami at 10/9c on CBS. I know a lot of people are getting tired of this show, but try as I will, I can’t stop watching. πŸ™‚ I want them to stop making Delko (Adam Rodriguez) almost die every season, but I still get hooked.

More on my choice and to see Jenny’s and Lisa’s recommendations after the jump.

Last season, we left our CSIs in a dangerous situation after they were poisoned by a man who had murdered a few others out of revenge. We were left with the scene of Delko holding Calleigh in his arms calling for help. In the season premiere, the CSIs are going to lose one of their own and the rest will have to help put the psychotic man responsible for it behind bars. If you haven’t given the show a chance in awhile why don’t you tune in tonight and see what you’ve been missing. πŸ™‚

Jenny’s Choice: I’m very sad. πŸ™ Tonight is the season finale of The Glades, on A&E at 10/9c. This show quickly became one of my very favorites, and I’m upset it’s done for the year. I know it’ll be back, but I’ll have to wait until next summer, which pains me. lol

On tonight’s episode, after a couple stumbles across a dead body during a golf game, Longworth investigates key players and discovers the victim may have served time for a crime he didn’t commit; Heather makes her grandmother’s famous lasagna to impress Longworth; Callie stews over their relationship.

If you haven’t been watching this show, catch the latest episodes streaming free on AETV.com, or all of the episodes are available on iTunes. You won’t be sorry! Plus, be sure and catch the season finale tonight on A&E at 10/9c.

Lisa’s Choice: Sure this show may be controversial, but you can’t deny, Seth McFarlane (the creator) has one wacky sense of humor! You’ve got a family that has a talking dog that’s an alcoholic and a little baby who wants to rule the world. If that doesn’t scream barrel of laughs with that alone, I don’t know what does. Tonight’s episode has Brian (see previous notes on alcoholic dog and controversy) deciding to confront Rush Limbaugh when Rush is in Quahog for a book signing. This can’t end well. Tune in to Fox at 9/8c to see how it all plays out.
