Thursday already, meaning that Friday is just around the corner!! (It’s already Friday in some of your time zone. 🙂 )
CBS has made some really wise decisions with their renewals, and one that made me go “Why?”. Let’s take a look. I am thrilled with the full season renewals of Hawaii Five-0, Mike & Molly, Blue Bloods and The Defenders. Yay for Alex O’Loughlin and the cast of Hawaii Five-0 🙂 I’m so excited! Now for the one that made me go “Who the hell is watching that crap?” .. a full season pick up for $#*! My Dad Says. Really? People that show is horrible, and I understand that the lead in of The Big Bang Theory helps but seriously? Flabbergasted, I am. Source
More after the jump.
There are rumours flying about a possible Bones spin-off based on a recurring character that will be introduced later this season. Hart Hanson would possibly be the one creating the possible spinoff that would be based on another book series written by Richard Greener, called The Locator. The character, Walcter Sherman, is said to be “an eccentric, and amusing reclusive man in his late 20s-30s with highly sought after abilities to find anything. “ He is also similar to Dr. Brennan in the way he often asks questions that seem rude and off based, but they usually turn out to be very important and relevant. I’m not sure I’m on board, I’ll weigh in if it actually happens, and depending on who they cast for the role. What say you? Source
Michelle Trachtenberg (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Gossip Girl), is going to be teaming up with Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage again, for a new series for the CW network. Trachtenberg will star in the series and also executive produce. The show is said to be about “a young criminology student with a dark past and a knack for profiling suspects”. *Sigh* While I am actually a fan of Trachtenberg, I am a little perturbed over this idea because I’ve been there done that with my old favorite show, Veronica Mars. If the CW thinks this series will work, then why did they cancel the first amazing series that had a very similar story line. Craziness. I’m not buying, what about you? Source
Hope you enjoyed this overly opinionated news broadcast, if you didn’t chalk it up to my cranky pain from the pneumonia, or perhaps I’m just that witchy sometimes. 😉 Either way.. you still love me. 🙂
