If We Controlled Your Remote… 11/17/10

As I write this, I’m watching this week’s How I Met Your Mother, and the gang’s reaction to Robin Sparkles pornucopia is killing me. My 2nd favorite part? Barney’s ways of telling Ted that his high school friend needs to go. I can’t stop laughing. Inner 12 year old boy in me coming out? Maybe. LOL Anyway, a great night tonight for TV, with the return of Human Target and one of my favorites, which, of course, is going to be my pick. 😉 So let’s get to it!

Yep, you guessed it. It’s Criminal Minds night, so I’m all giddy with happiness. 😉 Last week’s ep was good, especially Robert Knepper’s guest spot, but not quite as good as I thought they could have done. Still, it had some great moments, like it always does!

On tonight’s episode, the body of a murdered 8-year-old boy is found on the Appalachian Trail, and the BAU team must travel past the trails and into the deeper backwoods of the wilderness as they attempt to find a man lurking there who is targeting children.

My favorite profiler, Derek Morgan, hates cases with children. And backwoods storylines are always freaky! lol Don’t miss tonight’s new episode of Criminal Minds on CBS at 9/8c. Learn where to find episodes online of Criminal Minds @ Clicker.

It’s an exciting night for television, because Human Target is returning on FOX tonight. This season is going to be full of adventure, action, and spice. The spice comes in the form of two new female recurring role, and I think that’s just what the show needs.

On tonight’s episode, Chance and Guererro hatch a plan to rescue the kidnapped Winston. Meanshile, a philanthropist (Indira Varma) fears her husband’s death may be followed by her own, and a young theif (Janet Montgomery) sees a mentor in Guererro. Hello readers! My pick was originally going to be Undercovers on NBC, but due to the engagement of Prince William with Kate Middleton, NBC opted to not show Undercovers this week, foiling my plans in the process.

So I have decided to suggest you guys tune into either Law & Order: SVU or Law & Order: Los Angeles, with emphasis on the latter. While a lot of people are still aghast at NBC for canceling the original Law & Order in place of this spin-off, I’m actually digging the new scenery and the cast, both which are improving on a weekly basis. LOLA is a great contrast to the original three shows New York City setting and has elements from all of its predecessors in one fell swoop. This week’s episode involves a gang related murder with Terrence Howard’s DA Joe Decker heading as this week’s lead prosecution.

While I would have loved for you guys to tune into Undercovers this week, the Powers That Be thought differently. Hopefully you will enjoy Law & Order: Los Angeles, which airs tonight @ 10/9c on NBC. Learn where to find episodes online of Law & Order: Los Angeles @ Clicker.

Time to let your inner cougar out for a stroll! Cougar Town continues to bring on the funny, the witty, and sometimes the down right cheesy, episode after episode. Jules and her super group of friends dish out the absurd and the close to home each and every episode.

Tonight has Travis bringing home his new girlfriend to meet Jules, only the girlfriend happens to be a grad student. Meanwhile, Grayson’s house ends up as the group’s new favorite hang out spot.

Watch it all go down tonight on ABC at 9:30/8:30c. Learn where to find episodes online of Cougar Town @ Clicker.
