Welcome to a new week of TV! As fun as the holidays were, I’m so glad it’s January, because that means all our favorite shows are beginning to come back! Yay! Not everything is back yet, but there are a good number of new episodes on, so let’s get to it!

Tonight is the season premiere of 3 shows. First up is the premiere of Iron Chef America on Food Network at 8/7c. It’s a double battle, with Iron Chef Michael Symon (@chefsymon on Twitter!) paired up with Ann Burrell and Iron Chef Cat Cora paired up with Robert Irvine. Burrell and Irvine are the judges for this season of Worst Cooks in America on Food Network, which has its season premiere tonight at 9/8c.
 
The other season premiere tonight is What Chilli Wants on VH1 at 9/8c.

Tonight is the series premiere is The Opener on TLC at 10/9c. Top TV chef David Adjey knows the restaurant business inside out, and in this new show, he is determined to give amateur restaurateurs a fighting chance at success. With their life savings on the line and often very naïve expectations, David uses unorthodox teaching techniques to identify problems and come up with a plan to get them to opening night and beyond. Between a pair of former university friends looking for their next great adventure, an ex-nightclub promoter eager to transfer his skills into the restaurant business, and an owner who has hired a strict vegetarian as his head chef, David has a difficult task on his hands. The stakes are high, the clock is ticking, and failure is not on the menu!
 
Tonight is also the season premiere of 4 shows. First up is the 2-hour premiere of The Bachelor on ABC at 8/7c. Then at 9/8c, it’s the premiere of Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives on Food Network, and Greek on ABC Family. The last season premiere is The Best Thing I Ever Ate, on Food Network at 10/9c.
 
Finally, tonight is the season finale of 3 shows. First up, it’s the finales of The Closer on TNT and My Big Friggin Wedding on VH1, both at 9/8c. The last finale is Mario Lopez: Saved By the Baby on VH1 at 10/9c.

Tonight is the 2-hour series premiere of Live to Dance on CBS at 8/7c. In one of the most inclusive talent searches on television, dancers with raw ability, in any age group from across the nation (either performing solo or in a group) can audition in any form of dancing – ballet to break dance, tap to tango, or show us something we’ve never seen before with your own unique fusion of styles – rock ballet, hip-hop clogging or contemporary mixed with capoeira. The most talented dancers who make it through the callback process will have the chance to perform live on CBS in the semi-finals and finals, where they will battle for the right to be crowned champion and be awarded a $500,000 prize. Paula Abdul serves as coach, mentor & advocate for contestants during the performances and the elimination process.
 
Tonight is the season premiere of 4 shows. First, it’s the 2-hour season premiere of The Biggest Loser on NBC at 8/7c. Also at 8/7c, it’s the premiere of V on ABC. Then at 10/9c, it’s the premiere of Southland on TNT and Chopped on Food Network.
 
Tonight is 5 new episodes of Caprica on Syfy, including the series finale, at 6/5c, 7/6c, 8/7c, 9/8c & 10/9c.
