    I have never been so incredibly incensed by a comment made by a ‘chef’ on the show tonight when Michael (the winner, unfortunately) said that he would, “kill a litter of puppies” so that he would achieve top chef chopped status. How insensitive; how incomprehensible that an editor would allow that comment to be made; how incredulous that a show that has a fairly good reputation for ‘family viewing’ would accept a comment of this sort. I have watched the show since its inception and I can honestly say that I doubt I will watch again.
    In the words of Michael Moore to the Bush administration during the Iraq conflict, “Shame on you!”

    Yes, it was a horrid comment. I was shocked it got through, too. 🙁 On the other hand, I wasn’t surprised he said it, as I didn’t like him during next food network star either. LOL

    Please e-mail the names of all of the chefs appearing on March 6, 2011.
    I think Chef Irvine was cheated tonight.. The silver skin should have been removed from Ann’s venison.
