I just finished booking my hotel for Comic-Con, and I am getting excited. 😀 Anyone else going?
Last week was a really slow week for television, but this week is better, so without furthur chit-chat, let’s look at what you should be watching.

While there are a few other shows on tonight that are worthy of your time, I’m going to suggest you watch the first live episode of The Voice. I know, I know, it’s another singing show, but it’s really the teams that make me keep tuning in… Of course, the hot team leaders don’t hurt. 😉 Tune in to see your favorite battle it out, and then enjoy the power that comes with being able to vote.
On tonight’s episode, in this live performance phase of the competition, the top vocalists from each team will compete against each other during a live broadcast. America will vote to save one vocalist on each team, leaving coaches Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine, and Blake Shelton to decide during the live show who they will save, and who will not move on.
Tune in to NBC at 9/8c for this 2-hour first live episode. Learn where to find episodes online of The Voice @ Clicker.

Viewers just cannot get enough of the truly handsome and smoldering Matt Bomer as Neal Caffrey on White Collar! It’s a good thing, too, because they have waited long enough for an all new season to begin! Bomer isn’t the only attractive part of the show. Tim DeKay and Marsha Thomason prove easy on the eyes, as well. While the phenomenally good looking cast may draw you in initially, there are plenty of tantalizing storylines to bite into, as well. Don’t miss a single searing moment of tonight’s season premiere!
Tonight, a notorious thief returns in order to retrieve his stash, while Peter and Neal must try to put their differences aside.

I’m so excited, because one of my favorite shows from last summer is finally back. From the moment Covert Affairs started, I was hooked. Piper Perabo came into the show as a relative newbie to television, but she’s got a lot of talent packed into a beautiful package. Her role as Annie Walker, newbie to the CIA, is so much fun to watch, and getting to see Annie’s journey to becoming a better and more experienced spy is fantastic. One of my favorite shows ever is the much missed Alias, and Piper as Annie helps fill the void left by Jennifer Garner as Sydney Bristow.
The other bright spot on the show is one of my favorite celebrity crushes ever, Christopher Gorham. I started watching him on Odyssey 5 years ago, and then on Jake 2.0. He’s been in a good handful of other shows that I’ve watched and haven’t watched, but his character, Auggie Anderson, on Covert Affairs is different from any other role he’s played. Auggie is basically Annie’s “Vaughn.” Her handler, so to speak. He doesn’t go out in the field anymore, because he was blinded during a mission years ago. Since Chris can see in real life, it’s simply amazing to watch him as Auggie, because he makes it seem so effortless and natural. If you didn’t know better, you’d think he really was blind.
The cast is rounded out by such talent as Anne Dudek as Annie’s sister, Danielle, Eion Bailey as Annie’s hmm, ex-boyfriend CIA Agent, Ben, Kari Matchett as Annie’s direct boss, Joan, Joan’s husband, Arthur, Director of the Clandestine Service Department at the CIA, and finally, Sendhil Ramamurthy as Jai, another CIA operative.
On tonight’s premiere, after returning from a mission in Sri Lanka with Ben, Annie is assigned as the new handler for Nadia Levandi, a professional tennis player from Estonia and long-term CIA asset. But when Nadia tells the CIA to leave her alone, Annie begins to worry that Nadia is really trying to tell her that she’s in danger.

Starting next Tuesday, ABC Family will have the one-two punch of Pretty Little Liars & The Nine Lives of Chloe King joining tonight’s return of White Collar and Covert Affairs on USA Network to provide a lot of fun on the night. Yet, tonight and in the weeks to come, my pick will be White Collar. I may not like the direction they have chosen to take the relationship between Peter and Neal after the second season finale, but tonight’s third season premiere is still really good.
Tonight, a skilled thief is successful in stealing from the Federal Reserve, but returns in order to collect the cache that he left behind. Peter and Neal search for a way to get past their differences and catch the thief before he can escape a second time.
White Collar season three premieres tonight on USA Network at 9/8c. Learn where to find episodes online of White Collar @ Clicker.
