It took a while for the show to hit its stride in season one, but Parks and Recreation has really hit all the right high notes thereafter. If you’re not watching this belly achingly funny show, you’re missing out on some of the best comedy and laughs. This show is so hilarious, you really can’t even pick out which character tickles your funnybone the most. The cast, the writing, the chemistry—it all delivers, and then some! You can’t miss a moment of the show, because if you do, you’re going to miss at least five pop culture references. Keep your eyes glued to the TV and your butt parked on the couch and don’t miss a moment of this guilty pleasure show.

Tonight, in retaliation to Ron’s “guys only” wilderness group, Leslie takes all of the women on an adventure weekend. Ben is forced into joining Donna and Tom for a day of relaxation, and Chris spends time with Jerry.

Each week, I love the new CBS drama, Person of Interest, even more. Reese is damn good at what he does, and Finch is just as good at what he does. They make an unstoppable (or damn near) team. Last week proved that, when Reese had to infiltrate a former gang to try and protect a former Marine. After some problems during one of their heists, Finch had to go undercover himself and proved to be better in the field than I’d anticipated. The police detective, Detective Carter, is closing in on Reese, and while I actually hope they meet face to face again soon, I really hope she’ll come to realize he’s a good guy and be an ally for them. I like that Detective Fusco, the dirty cop who Reese is blackmailing, is under Reese’s thumb, but I would love to have a good cop on their side, too!

On tonight’s episode, “Cura Te Ipsum,” Reese and Finch surveil their latest POI, Dr. Megan Tillman, while she’s on call and after hours to unravel the threat surrounding the promising young physician. Linda Cardellini (ER) guest stars as Tillman.

When my week has seemed to drag on, there is one show on Thursdays that I look forward to above all the rest: The Big Bang Theory. There isn’t another show that can make me laugh from the second I begin watching, until hours after I’ve finished. Last week, we watched Raj find a girl he could actually talk to while sober—mind you, she was deaf. 😉 Unfortunately, said deaf girl was a gold digger and dropped him as soon as he was cut off from his fortunes. 🙁 Poor, gullible Raj.

In this week’s episode, “The Russian Rocket Reaction,” we are going to be beamed up with a Star Trek reunion and the return of Sheldon’s mortal enemy, Wil Wheaton. Leonard and Sheldon attend a party at the home of Wil Wheaton (in a cameo, along with Brent Spiner.)

Tune in to CBS at 8/7c to pee your pants laughing, just like I do. 😀 Learn where to find episodes online of The Big Bang Theory @ Clicker.

So last week’s Grey’s Anatomy was an interesting experiment of an “all boys” episode. It got a bit too sappy and unrealistic for my taste, with the guys exploring their feelings while building a deck together. That episode had to have been written by women! 🙂 Though, there were a few great shout-outs to Comic-Con, Doctor Who, and general nerd-dom. I’m happily looking forward to the return of a normal episode this week, with both sexes participating in the drama.

In tonight’s episode, “Loss, Love, and Legacy,” the residents try to impress Jackson’s mother, Catherine Avery, when she comes to Seattle Grace to perform a groundbreaking surgery. Also, Alex and Arizona encounter a familiar face in the ER, and Bailey makes a choice about her love life. Debbie Allen guest stars as Catherine Avery.

Last week’s episode of The Mentalist showed just how much Patrick Jane has changed since he started working with the CBI. In the course of investigating the kidnapping of a little boy (the son of a former client of Jane’s), Jane & Lisbon met the woman’s new “spiritual advisor.” Jane proved the man was a fraud (after admitting the same of himself to the distraught mother) and castigated the man for taking advantage of her during the case of her son’s kidnapping. He apologized to the woman for deceiving her, but after figuring out who had taken her son and getting him back safely, she really had no choice but to thank him! I am enjoying the show this season, because the team feels like a cohesive unit, which is great to see.

On tonight’s episode, “Ring around the Rosie,” Jane notices a suspicious-looking man carrying a gun at a political rally and sets out to prove he’s a psychopath on the brink of committing murder. Meanwhile, Lisbon investigates the death of a photographer at the same rally. Michael Rady (Melrose Place) guest stars as Luther Wainwright, the new head of the CBI.

If you haven’t made it work by now, you’re not making it to Fashion Week. Last week on Project Runway, Burt was sent packing, and now the number of designers have dwindled down. Bryant Park is around the corner, and all of the designers can taste it! They can also feel the massive weight of stress on their shoulders, and it is eating them alive. Some designers will rise to the occasion, and some of them will crack under pressure. Who will make it to the biggest event of their lives, and who will be sent packing?

Tonight, the designers must work with art students in order to create a piece of art that will serve as the inspiration for their next garment.

I love when a leading female character is strong and opinionated. Makes me feel at home. 😉 All kidding aside, Prime Suspect is one of the best new dramas of the fall season. Maria Bello’s character Jane is a homicide detective whose people skills are at times a little lacking, but she always solves the case. It’s true that Jane is a bit of a … bitch, but she cares more than anyone on the force. I hate watching the men in her department be such jerks to her, but she takes it in stride and shows them up week after week.

On tonight’s episode, “Great Guy, Yet: Dead,” Jane suspects the wife in a stockbroker’s murder and turns to hypnotism to quit smoking. In other events, Matt is upset that his ex-wife doesn’t want Jane at their son’s birthday party.

To fall in love with Jane’s hard ass attitude, tune in to NBC at 10/9c. Learn where to find episodes online of Prime Suspect @ Clicker.

I’m looking forward to another hilarious episode of Community tonight. Last week, I loved how the study group argued over how to pair off for their terrarium project (no offense, Todd, but no one wanted you!). Meanwhile, we also got a great film noir detective story with campus cop Chang investigating non-existent trouble on school grounds. It’s the little, self-aware things this show does that makes it great. For example, at the beginning of last week’s episode, the gang were all paired up with characters we’ve never seen before, and I think it was Shirley who asked who all these people were. It’s like they read my mind!

In tonight’s episode, “Remedial Chaos Theory,” things get strange when Troy and Abed throw a party at their new apartment.

Last week’s episode was great. I love Bosley, and since he was a huge part of the episode, it made me very happy. 😉 It was fun to see the group all go undercover on the cruise where the reporter went missing from. Speaking of the reporter, it was nice to see Kate’s back story. I mean, we knew she was formerly a cop and she’d done something wrong, but to learn she’d gotten in with dirty cops and taken bribes, only to be taken down by said reporter, was neat. I liked that Kate & the reporter made their peace at the end. We’ve now learned the back stories for Kate & Eve. Will we see Abby’s and even Bosley’s stories soon? I hope so!

On tonight’s episode, “Angels in Chains,” based on a teleplay from the original Charlie’s Angels series, the girls must break out of jail in their quest to crack a case. This time, they pose as unsuspecting American tourists to crack a kidnapping ring in Cuba. Upon arrival at the hotel, they are framed and thrown into a women’s prison, where their key victim, Tess, is also incarcerated. Bosley joins forces with his ex-girlfriend, CIA operative Samantha Masters, but is this partnership something more? Erica Durance (Smallville) guest stars as Bosley’s ex.
