If We Controlled Your Remote… 4/6/12

I love Fridays, but I love the Friday going into a long weekend because it makes the time so much sweeter. For this Easter weekend, I will spend time with some family and friends – as well as possibly eat entirely way too much chocolate. Check out what we think you should be watching to start your weekend off right.

What do you get when you mix fairytales with creepy supernatural twists? Grimm, that’s what. Week after week, this show manages to make me love it even more. I haven’t been liking where it’s going with the whole Hank being seduced by a love spell angle – why do they always have to mess with people’s feelings? Then again, speaking of feelings, I’m liking the fact that Monroe is getting a love interest, because he needs something else besides just his ability to help Nick. 🙂

On tonight’s episode, “The Thing with Feathers,” Nick pulls out all the stops to plan a romantic getaway for Juliette, but his duties as a Grimm get in the way when he meets some unsettling neighbours.

To see if Nick can balance love and obligations, tune in to NBC at 9/8c. Learn where to find episodes online of Grimm @ Clicker.

Tonight, I’ll also be watching Blue Bloods, CSI: NY, Fairly Legal, and Supernatural.

The Finder is back to finish out its season run. When we last left off, Walter, Leo, & Willa was stuck at the bar in a hurricane, trying to find a missing girl. Willa’s probation officer and Timo were there, as well, but Isabel was unable to make it back to the bar because the bridge was closed. Using his skills, Walter set about trying to find the missing girl by constructing a model of her route home, having Isabel talk to her classmates, and then the guy they figure out is a suspect. They finally learned that the missing girl was being bullied (badly) by a classmate, and eventually, with Isabel’s help, they battled the storm and found the girl, who had accidentally shot her tormentor. On her way to take the girl to the hospital, they had crashed the car. Things worked out well for Will & her probation officer, who believes that Willa is turning her life around. I’m excited about tonight’s episode, because David Boreanaz (Booth on Bones) directed, and 50 Cent & Salli Richardson-Whitfield (Eureka) guest star.

On tonight’s episode, “Life After Death,” when new tracks are leaked from late rapper J-Stryke, music mogul Big Glade (guest star Jackson) and his business savvy lawyer (guest star Richardson-Whitfield), Leo’s former love interest, ask Walter to find the source of the illegally released music. Walter and Leo locate the DJ streaming the tracks with the help of Willa’s online hacking expertise. But as Walter pieces together the events that led to J-Stryke’s death, he uncovers a more complicated history. Meanwhile, Big Glade’s lawyer and Leo rekindle their romance.

See it tonight on FOX at 8/7c. Learn where to find episodes online of The Finder @ Clicker.

I’m also going to be watching/DVRing CSI: NY, Fairly Legal, Grimm, & Blue Bloods.

Last week on Fringe, the gang re-encountered a case we first saw in the pilot. While Peter had experienced the scenario before, it was brand new to the rest of the group. This time, the plane with the infected creature didn’t go down; instead, the creature survived to wreak havoc on land. But Peter’s past experience was able to help them with the case. Meanwhile, Lincoln discovered he had no chance with Olivia now that she remembers her past with Peter.

I really like this idea of revisiting old cases with a new twist. It gives the loyal fans a neat little something extra. I’m looking forward to tonight’s episode, where the two Lincolns must work together. I wonder if he will make a play for Fauxlivia now that the original is off limits.

In tonight’s episode, “Everything in Its Right Place,” Lincoln goes to the alternate universe to help Fauxlivia and his own doppelganger hunt for a vigilante who may be linked to the shape-shifters.

Check it out tonight on FOX at 9/8c. Learn where to find episodes online of Fringe @ Clicker.

Tonight, I’ll also be recording Undercover Boss, Primetime: What Would You Do?, Grimm, The Finder, Fairly Legal, and In Plain Sight.

Last week, we left off with Marshall letting a witness out of his sight. With his witness on the run in an Indian Reservation, Mary and Marshall had to saddle up horses and team with a reservation officer to track down their man. Meanwhile, Mary’s baby daddy Mark was left in charge of looking after their daughter, Nora. So while Marshall had egg on his face, Mark had…something else.

Tonight, on “The Merry Wives of Witsec,” Mary has to protect a bigamist that is on the run from his former boss…and his TWO wives! Witnesses in the WITSEC program know that cheating the black market can be dangerous, but cheating on multiple wives might just be the death of them.

Tune in to USA at 10/9c to see which wife has the last laugh! Learn where to find episodes online of In Plain Sight @ Clicker.

Tonight, I am also watching Fairly Legal and Grimm!
