Last week, the study group on Community found themselves trapped! When Abed became convinced that Dean Pelton was an imposter, he was required to see a therapist (guest star John Hodgman). Turned out that the therapist wasn’t real; he was just someone Chang hired in order to keep the cover up about Dean Pelton quiet. The group held together and the therapist ran off, leaving Chang still in charge. The group knows what they must do next: save Dean Pelton!

Tonight, there are three new episodes of Community!

At 8/7c, on “Digital Estate Planning,” Gilbert Lawson (guest star Giancarlo Esposito), the former right hand man to Pierce’s father, requests a meeting with Pierce at Hawthorne Enterprises. Also, the study group puts their plan into action by pitching in to help save Dean Pelton. Then at 9/8c, on “The First Chang Dynasty,” the group devises a plan to infiltrate Greendale’s Chang-controlled college campus while Troy turns to the Air Conditioning Repair Annex for some assistance. Finally, at 9:30/8:30c, on “Introduction to Finality,” Shirley and Piece’s disagreement over their sandwich shop leads Jeff to butting heads with Alan (Rob Corddry), his former colleague, in Greendale Summer Fun Court. Meanwhile, Vice Dean Laybourne (guest star John Goodman) makes his final attempt to win over Troy and lure him into studying at the Air Conditioning Repair Annex.

Last week’s The Mentalist was tough to watch. It was the 9th anniversary of his family’s murders, and Red John sent Patrick Jane a card saying Happy Anniversary. He also sent a little to ask Jane if he’s given up yet. She showed Jane a red smiley face circle on her hand, and when he realized that everyone that comes in contact with Red John dies, he wiped the little girl’s memory. After questioning some people about the latest murder victim, Jane headed to a bar and got drunk. He then got more alcohol and went home, where he burned every file he had on Red John. He was drunk while he did it, so he almost burned down the building. lol

Nursing a hangover, he was brought to CBI and questioned by Lisbon & Wainwright. He said he was done pursuing Red John. He then started working on the current case again, and when he figured out who did it, he lured the killer out to meet him. When the guy denied it, Jane hit him on the head with a shovel and buried him in a coffin. The following morning, Jane showed Lisbon a taped confession the killer made while buried in the coffin. Of course, that led to him being pulled in to speak to Wainwright, who suspended him. But Jane was so far gone, he taunted the man until Wainwright tried to attack him, and the suspension was then turned into Jane getting fired. As he was leaving, Lisbon tried to get him to let her help him, but he called her cute and left.

So where does that lead for the season finale?? It’s been renewed, and the show wouldn’t exist without Patrick Jane. So we know he comes back. But after what happens tonight, how in the WORLD does that happen?? Eek!

On tonight’s season finale, “The Crimson Hat,” after another failed attempt to defeat Red John, Patrick Jane hits rock bottom, finds a lover and shoots one of his own. Emmanuelle Chriqui (Entourage) guest stars as Lorelei Martins, a cocktail waitress at a Las Vegas night club.

Grey’s Anatomy has had a really large growth this season, with characters and stories bursting at the seams. Couples have had rocky times and gotten back together, lost children, lost loves, and saved lives. Overall, it’s the same old Grey’s, only older and wiser. Our little interns have all grown up and are all accepting fellowships at other hospitals, except for April, who flunked her board exams, but stuff happens. All that aside, we left some of our favorite characters last week as the plane they were on crashed. It wouldn’t be a Grey’s finale if we didn’t go into it absolutely heart-wrenchingly nervous!

On tonight’s season finale, “Flight,” faced with a life threatening situation, the doctors must fight to stay alive while trying to save the lives of their peers; Bailey and Ben make a decision regarding their relationship; and Teddy is presented with a tempting offer. Meanwhile, Richard plans a special dinner for the residents.

To see who survives the finale this season, tune in to ABC at 9/8c. Learn where to find episodes online of Grey’s Anatomy @ Clicker.

Tonight, I’ll also be watching American Idol, Person of Interest, The Mentalist, Community, and Scandal.

Tonight, Missing comes to an end. Last week, Violet was a busy woman, cleaning up some loose ends. First, she executed her partner-in-crime, Maksim, as he was kneeling over his father’s body. Then, as Giancarlo was helping Becca escape from the church, she shot him, and when that didn’t kill him, she tried to mess with his IV at the hospital. However, Dax was able to use the latter to finally figure out that she was the mole. Meanwhile, Martin Newman took Michael and Oksana to get some fake passports to take them out of the country. However, Oksana recognized one of Newman’s men as one of her original kidnappers, but Newman threatened to kill her if she told Michael.

It’s only a matter of time before Michael figures out the truth about Newman. He already has some suspicions that things aren’t quite right. But will Becca be able to track down and rescue her son before it’s too late?! I hope we get a satisfying resolution tonight. I thought this was such a great series and was sad to see that it didn’t get picked up for a second season.

In tonight’s episode, “Rain on the Evil and on the Good,” Becca faces her own inner demons in a last-chance effort to save her son. Meanwhile, Suspect Zero tries to complete his sale.

I have to admit that I’m WAY behind on Person of Interest. My son took a liking to it, so we’re having to record and watch when he can. I do know that the government is after Reese and is closer than ever. The last episode dealt with a secret agency and a man who knew something about the machine and was in trouble because he kept trying to find out more information on it. Finch finally met with him and told him he needed to STOP looking into it. He gave the man a new identity and money to start a new life. Unfortunately, as Finch was telling the guy about the machine, the woman, Alicia, was listening in. Reese has finally learned a bit more about Finch’s personal history, when he met the woman Finch was once engaged to, who thought he had died a couple of years before. Finch saw Reese come out of the house and told him that the machine and saving each POI have caused him to pay a heavy price. So will the government catch up to Reese? I don’t know, but when I get to this episode, I can’t wait to find out. LOL

On tonight’s season finale, “Firewall,” when a psychologist’s number comes up, Reese must protect her from one of her patients while eluding capture by the FBI, who are closing in fast. Meanwhile, Finch receives an unwelcome visit from an old acquaintance. Amy Acker (Dollhouse, Angel) guest stars.
