The temperatures are cooling down, leaves are changing, and television is heating up with new shows—exactly how I like it! Last night, we watched both the winners of Hell’s Kitchen and MasterChef, and I was incredibly happy with the results of both shows. Let’s see if tonight’s shows can compare. [Note from Jenny: Today is an important day. Please take a moment to remember all the lives lost and changed because of the terrorist attack on U.S. soil eleven years ago on 9/11. Whether you’re from the U.S. or not, everyone across the globe was affected in one way or another because of that day, so don’t forget to give your loved ones a hug and take just a moment to remember. Thank you.]
The Voice premiered last night with some awesome auditions, reminding me again why I love this show—of course, the sexiness that is Adam Levine doesn’t hurt, either. 😉 (Don’t worry, Blake… I see you, too!) I love kicking back and watching the audition process and the bickering between the judges. It makes for great television but also for easy viewing to relax to. I love that at the end of a long day.
On tonight’s episode, “Blind Auditions Premiere, Part 2,” we’ll watch more hopefuls sing their hearts out, hoping to be placed on one of the teams.
To see how the teams are stacking up, tune in to NBC at 8/7c. Learn where to find episodes online of The Voice @ Clicker.
I’ll also be watching/DVRing So You Think You Can Dance, Go On, and The New Normal.

I knew it! See, I’ve known from the beginning that Lena was up to no good on Covert Affairs. Last week was packed full of shockers (& not-so-shockers…). Simon has known Annie is CIA from the very beginning. Plus, he seems to have real feelings for him—and vice versa…which I don’t like one bit. Lena is a big bad guy and is most likely setting Annie up to…what? Take the fall for Jai’s murder? Apparently tonight is a huge ep for Annie/Auggie shippers. I hope so, because this season has really sucked ass for the two of them together. Bah. LOL
On tonight’s episode, “Suffragette City,” when Annie’s life is put on the line, the CIA team sets out to discover the truth and figure out which one of their team members could be hiding something that will change their undercover operation and possibly their whole team.

Tonight, I’m also going to be watching/DVRing So You Think You Can Dance, 19 Kids & Counting, Abby & Brittany, Go On, The New Normal, Sons of Anarchy, & Chopped.
Tonight, SAMCRO rides back onto our TV screens in the fifth season premiere of Sons of Anarchy. Last season, Clay went off the rails—he killed Piney, put out a hit on Tara, and slapped around Gemma. Opie and Jax practically killed Clay and were ready to finish the job when the Irish said they would only deal with Clay. Jax and Tara were constantly trying to get out of Charming. However, the FBI forced Jax to continue as the new head of SAMCRO. So Tara accepted this and used the situation to flex her muscles, showing Gemma that she was the main woman in Jax’s life.
So how will things change now that Jax is in charge of the Sons? Will he be able to get the Sons out of the drugs mess Clay got them involved in? Once Clay gets out of the hospital, what will his role be in the club? And will he be able to take orders from Jax? It should be an interesting season!
In tonight’s episode, “Sovereign,” Jax takes the reins of SAMCRO as trouble brews in Charming.
Catch it tonight on FX at 10/9c. Learn where to find episodes online of Sons of Anarchy @ Clicker.
Tonight, I’ll also be watching/recording The Voice, Go On, The New Normal, Parenthood, Flipping Out, Chopped, White Collar, Covert Affairs, Face Off, Collection Intervention, Abby & Brittany, and Bomb Girls.
This season of So You Think You Can Dance saw some big changes with the new format because Fox didn’t clear time in its schedule for the results show. And looking back at the season, I can’t say I like the change. The shows felt rushed, and it was very hard to grow attached to the dancers because we didn’t get that much information about them. The intro packages used to be longer, and the results show had a lot of time to show some information about the dancers behind the scenes.
Now we’re left with Eliana and Tiffany for the girls and Chehon and Cyrus for the boys. And for both genders, a winner will be crowned. My personal preference would be Eliana and Chehon. Eliana has been amazing every single routine, and I like her personality and energy. But if Tiffany won, I couldn’t say I would be disappointed. On the other hand, when it comes to the boys, I’d really dislike it if Cyrus won. I don’t care for his own style of dance. He seems like a nice enough guy, but his personality doesn’t cut it for me, and his dancing is way too weak compared to some of the dancers we already lost. But since he hasn’t been in the bottom all season, I’m expecting him to win.
See our final four contestants battle it out it in the performance finale of the season on FOX at 8/7c. Learn where to find episodes online of So You Think You Can Dance @ Clicker.
Tonight, I’ll also be watching The Voice, The New Normal, and Go On.
