Brrr. The weather outside is definitely turning chilly, but I’m loving it. I don’t want it FREEZING cold, but I’m tired of summer & even fall temperatures. I’m ready for the cooler weather to move in and stick around. It may be Friday, but it’s not a deadly slow night, either. There’s lots of great TV on to curl up under a blanket and watch, so check out what we recommend for tonight. 🙂

Last season finale of Nikita was so exciting and such a game changer. Percy is dead (I mean, we *assume* he is. That was a long fall and he looked pretty dead…but who knows!), Ryan, Nikita, and their group are basically running the “New Division” now, and I have a feeling it won’t be long before see more of Amanda. As for our couples, we have Nikita and Michael, Sean and Alex, and what will happen now after Birkhoff planted a big one on Sonya? I can’t wait to find out. The drama and excitement is sure to be at an all-time high this season, and it starts tonight with the season premiere.
On tonight’s episode, “3.0,” Ryan takes charge of Division with Nikita by his side. Their first mission under the new regime is to bring in “The Dirty Thirty,” the rogue agents who failed to respond to the Division recall after Percy was killed. Unfortunately, their first mission doesn’t go as planned and Michael is arrested, forcing Nikita to change gears and hatch an escape plan for him. Alex reprises her alter ego, the spoiled Russian princess Alexandra Udinov, in a very unique way as part of the plan to spring Michael. Meanwhile, Birkhoff struggles to maintain a working relationship with Sonya, despite his growing attraction to her.
See how Nikita and the team can get Michael out of jail tonight on The CW at 9/8c. Learn where to find episodes online of Nikita @ Clicker.

Grimm has had a very good season so far, and I have been loving all the character growth that has taken place. The relationship between Nick and Hank has grown into more of a real partnership now that Hank has been brought into the loop on the Wesen, but it still can’t hold a candle to the bromance that Nick and Monroe have going on—that’s a tight match. The banter between Nick and Monroe always makes me giggle, even when the show is at a really stressful part. Last week, we watched Nick and Juliette kiss, but Juliette saw Renard’s face, making her realize the issue isn’t with Nick but with her.
On tonight’s episode, “The Other Side,” Nick and Hank investigate the murder of a high-school athlete; Capt. Renard deals with an unwanted romantic attention; and Monroe gets an unexpected visitor at the spice shop.
To see who comes knocking, tune in to NBC at 9/8c. Learn where to find episodes online of Grimm @ Clicker.
I’ll also be watching/DVRing CSI: NY, Blue Bloods, and Hunted.

Even though Strike Back is done for the season, Cinemax isn’t letting that stop them from continuing to bring action to Friday nights (no, not THAT kind of action). Tonight, Cinemax kicks off the brand new series Hunted. Samantha Hunter (Melissa George), a spy at private security company Byzantium, is wrapping up a routine mission in Morocco when an attempt is made on her life. She disappears for a year to recuperate before unexpectedly returning to work. Her colleagues are surprised to see her, but Samantha suspects some of them may have been behind the attempt on her life.
Tonight’s pilot was written and produced by Frank Spotnitz, best known for his work on The X-Files, but he also worked on Strike Back. The series also stars quite a few accomplished British TV actors, including Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Lost, Oz). I’m looking forward to another action-packed series for Friday nights. And there can never be too many female spy shows on TV!
In tonight’s episode, “Mort,” for her first assignment back, Sam needs to infiltrate the family of an ambitious tycoon whose plans are at odds with her client’s.
Don’t miss the excitement tonight on Cinemax at 10/9c. Learn where to find episodes online of Hunted @ Clicker.
Tonight, I’ll also be watching/recording Haven, Grimm, and Primetime: What Would You Do?.
