Thank God it’s Friday, that’s all I can say. I’m glad it’s the weekend, even though the week didn’t seem to take that long. To usher in the weekend, Kyle & I have a couple of recommendations. 🙂

Last week’s Grimm was good…but the end was awesome! The Wesen—a creepy-ass fly—was sexy with a delicious South African accent as a human, but as a fly? Damn… Blowing this red stuff into his victims’ eyes and filling them with these gross red worms. It was nasty. Thank goodness they were able to capture him and get the cure in time to save Nick’s eyes. The best part? Nick got to keep the super hearing. Awesome. 😀 I’m getting tired of the Juliette story line, though. Hopefully that’ll be wrapped up soon!
On tonight’s episode, “Nameless,” when a gruesome homicide brings an office party to a screeching halt, Nick and Hank find themselves battling a Wesen on a completely new platform: online. Meanwhile, Juliette’s mysterious hallucinations finally start to take shape, giving them a whole new meaning.
Find out how gaming changes the…game…tonight on NBC at 9/8c. Learn where to find episodes online of Grimm @ TV.com.
I’ll also be watching/DVRing Happy Endings & Nikita.

After a two month hiatus, Happy Endings finally returns to our TV to start its burn-off on Fridays. When we last saw the gang, Alex had pulled a Keyser Söze and tricked Max into exacting revenge on the others. Brad left his corporate job for something more fun and meaningful. And Penny started to plan her wedding, while Pete just wanted to elope.
This show is so much fun, and it annoys me when I see ABC’s “You can save Happy Endings” commercials—not being a Nielsen household, what I watch is insignificant! However, we still have 10 new episodes left, so I’m going to savor these final five weeks and hope that by some miracle those lucky Nielsen box-holders start tuning in!
On tonight’s first episode, “In the Heat of the Noche,” Brad learns Chuckles and Huggs may be closing and sets out to save it, with help from the gang. Meanwhile, Penny and Max seek to put an end to their nocturnal problem of texting the men in their lives, and turn to a black-market cough medicine to help them sleep.
And in the second episode, “The Straight Dope,” Max pretends to be straight when he meets an attractive woman who has Chicago Bulls season tickets. Meanwhile, Alex sets out to prove she’s not a dumb blonde, but her newfound intelligence throws off the group dynamic.
See the return of this great comedy tonight on ABC at 8/7c & 8:30/7:30c. Learn where to find episodes online of Happy Endings @ TV.com.
I’ll also be watching/recording Grimm and Touch.
