As I am writing this, I am listening to P!NK’s most recent album, and I have to say, it’s pretty fierce. It’s true that television is my favorite media, but music is a close second. In TV land, our favorite shows are getting ready to hibernate for the summer, but at least a few are still around tonight to amuse us. Let’s check it out.

Blue Bloods is a must-see on a Friday night in my house. Bring on the Reagans! I really do enjoy crime dramas, but I love them even more when the story lines are as tight as these are—not to mention the pretty cast. 😉 This show has been pretty steady in quality from the series premiere on, and it has yet to let me down.
On tonight’s episode, “The Bitter End,” when a young woman commits suicide, Danny is emotional since he promised to help her when her parents were taken from her. Meanwhile, the Reagans suffer a loss due to the project gangs.
To see how Danny deals, tune in to CBS at 10/9c. Learn where to find episodes online of Blue Bloods @ TV.com.

Barring some sort of miracle, tonight, ABC is most likely airing the final two episodes of Happy Endings. While ABC hasn’t officially said anything, the writing is on the wall due to the poor ratings it’s getting (those Nielsen families are the bane of my existence!). There are some rumors that USA might be eyeing the series as a potential to pair with its Modern Family reruns in the fall, but again, that’s just rumors. We should find out the series’ fate in a couple weeks when the networks have their Upfronts in New York.
I have really enjoyed this show since the beginning—every episode has been chock full of laughs and some really creative writing. I wasn’t a fan of Penny breaking her engagement after finally getting a win in life. However, it does open the show up to more hilarious Penny dating stories—should the show continue. I’ll be savoring tonight’s final two episodes and hoping there are more to come!
On tonight’s first episode, “Deuce Babylove 2: Electric Babydeuce,” Penny’s mom and Dave’s dad, who have been dating, visit and announce that they’d like to adopt a baby. Meanwhile, to get some time to themselves, Brad and Jane join a primo tennis club, but Max gets wind of it and he’s on them like fuzz on a tennis ball. Megan Mullally (Will & Grace) & Michael McKean guest star.
On the Season 3 finale, “Brothas & Sisters,” Alex and Jane’s older sister, the alpha female, is getting married, and Jane is charged with planning the wedding. Meanwhile, Brad is left to tend to the impeccable fiancé, and Alex and Dave harbor a secret from the gang. Stephanie March (Law & Order) & James Lesure (Men at Work, Las Vegas guest star.
End the season with a bang tonight on ABC at 8/7c & 8:30/7:30c. Learn where to find episodes online of Happy Endings @ TV.com.
I’ll also be watching/recording Undercover Boss, Touch, and Da Vinci’s Demons.

Gordon Ramsay, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways: Hell’s Kitchen, MasterChef, and of course, tonight’s ring leader, Kitchen Nightmares. 🙂 I’m not sure exactly what it is about this show, but I’m sure a part of it is me being mean and enjoying watching Ramsay tear apart people who embrace stupid like it’s chocolate. Honestly, some of these restaurant owners scare the hell out of me, with their basic lack of knowledge. Example: Oh my goodness! Chicken causes salmonella?? Yes, over the seasons, I have been witness to such epic brain malfunctions. Good thing it’s American restaurants.
On tonight’s episode, “Music City,” every chef should have a claim to fame, but is this one giving Gordon a case of the blues? Chef Ramsay heads to Chappy’s, a Cajun-style restaurant in the heart of Nashville.
To see if Ramsay can get this restaurant back on key, tune in to FOX at 8/7c. Learn where to find episodes online of Kitchen Nightmares @ TV.com.
I’ll also be watching Merlin and Touch.
