Tonight is the series premiere of The Goodwin Games on FOX at 8:30/7:30c. Starring Scott Foley (The Unit, Felicity), Becki Newton (Ugly Betty) and T.J. Miller (Our Idiot Brother, She’s Out of My League), the inventive family comedy tells the story of three estranged siblings who return home after the loss of their beloved father (guest star Beau Bridges), and unexpectedly find themselves poised to inherit more than $20 million – if, and only if, they can adhere to their late father’s wishes.

Also tonight is the series premiere of Motive on ABC at 10:01/9:01c. When murder is committed, Angie Flynn, a loving, single mother and a damned good detective, along with her partner, Detective Oscar Vega, are on the case, looking for clues that will lead them to the killer. But this show turns the tried-and-true crime drama formula on its head by indentifying the killer and victim at the beginning of each episode. These storylines are then further explored via stylized flashbacks that piece together the mysterious connection between these two characters and what drove the killer to commit murder. It stars Kristin Lehman (The Killing, Judging Amy) as Detective Angie Flynn, Louis Ferreira (Stargate Universe, Rookie Blue) as Detective Oscar Vega, Lauren Holly (NCIS, Chicago Hope, Picket Fences) as Dr. Betty Rogers, Roger Cross (24, Arrow) as Staff Sergeant Boyd Bloom, Brendan Penny as Detective Brian Lucas, and Cameron Bright (The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2) as Manny Flynn.

Click here for series premiere information

Tonight is the series premiere of Save Me on NBC at 8/7c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 8:30/7:30c. Emmy nominee Anne Heche (Hung) stars as Beth Harper in this new comedy about a not-so-ordinary Midwestern family. After choking on a hero sandwich in her kitchen and suffering a dramatic near-death experience, Beth–an absentee wife and mother–is revived and claims she can now talk to God. Her teenage daughter, Emily (Madison Davenport, Shameless), is horrified and her husband, Tom (Michael Landes, Final Destination 2), is skeptical. To make matters worse, Tom’s ex-mistress, Carly McKenna (Alexandra Breckenridge, American Horror Story), is in a coma after a close encounter with lightning in the Harper’s front yard. As Beth warms up to her new life, she strives to make amends to the people she has alienated over the years, including friends and neighbors Jenna Dennings (Heather Burns, Bored to Death) and Maggie Tompkins (Joy Osmanski, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia). Despite everyone’s initial hesitancy, Beth begins to win people over with her new positive attitude, cheerful optimism and unbridled love.

Tonight is also the series premiere of Does Someone Have to Go? on FOX at 9/8c. On this new unscripted workplace experiment, the boardroom doors get blown wide open when employees are given the power to make some tough decisions. Frustrated bosses will hand over the reins of their companies to the employees, offering their respective staffs a chance to make changes in the workplace – even if it means letting co-workers go. Almost every office across the country has some level of dysfunction, which often can be attributed to just a few select individuals – those co-workers who might be viewed as anything from lazy to incompetent to quite simply having a toxic personality that poisons the entire workplace. The difficult part for the employees is that, most of the time, the boss isn’t even aware of how bad the problem is, and the only person who can do anything about it IS the boss. That is, until now! The show will take viewers inside the workplace, as businesses including a sports product merchandiser, a credit card processing company and a home remodeling company make tough decisions to assure their long-term success. The unscripted series gives employees a voice in assessing how their company is functioning, inviting them to make recommendations on how best to solve their issues in order to make their company better and giving them the power to determine the fates of their fellow staffers. But when the owners leave their companies in the hands of their employees, those workers quickly learn that solving personnel issues isn’t as easy as it looks. Each participating office will have its own set of issues, which will force employees to take a hard look at what’s plaguing their workplace and answer the toughest question of all: Does someone have to go?

Finally, tonight is the series premiere of Showville on AMC at 9/8c. Fame meets Main on AMC’s new unscripted competition series. The series centers around a small town talent show featuring local acts, who get the chance of a lifetime to be in the spotlight. Showville is a celebration of performing, and a fond, funny look at the lives, workplaces and families of these acts and what happens to them when Hollywood comes to town. Each week, a one-hour episode of “Showville” touches down in a quintessentially American small town and puts together a talent show in a mere four days.
