Tonight is the series premiere of Get Out Alive with Bear Grylls on NBC at 9/8c. World-renowned survivalist Bear Grylls (“Man vs. Wild,” “Born Survivor”) leads a non-stop extreme survival journey that tests 10 teams of two beyond their wildest imaginations as they venture into the unforgiving and dramatic landscape of New Zealand’s South Island. Their mission is threefold: survive the wild, journey as a group and avoid elimination. Each week, Bear will send home one team. In the end, only one duo will remain – the team that he believes has shown the most heart, courage, initiative and resolve in their quest to “get out alive” and claim a life-changing grand prize of $500,000.

Tonight is the series premiere of Dangerman: The Incredible Mr. Goodwin on BBC America at 10/9c. Impossible is merely a challenge for Jonathan Goodwin, a new breed of escapologist and a professional dangerman, who puts himself in the most extreme situations. Emulating his childhood heroes, the great American sideshow acts and comic-book characters, Goodwin takes his unique brand of entertainment onto the streets of Britain and the US. He’ll climb buildings, get buried alive, catch arrows and fire a rifle blindfolded in front of stunned onlookers. But viewers will get to know him even better, witnessing the extraordinary processes Goodwin goes through behind the scenes as he trains intensively for his performances, many of which have never been attempted before.

Tonight is the series premiere of God, Guns & Automobiles on History Channel at 10/9c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 10:30/9:30c. Seven years ago, a stranger pulled into a sleepy farming community somewhere along the Kansas-Missouri border and bought himself a rundown car dealership. Before long, he was king of a business empire built out of adrenaline, family values and red-hot patriotism. The show follows Mark Muller and his brother and business partner, Chicago radio personality Eric “Mancow” Muller as they run their throwback auto dealership, Max Motors. Located in the tiny rural town of Butler, Missouri, Muller makes car deals the old fashioned way. A true American Original, he’s fueled by a larger-than-life personality and turbo-charged attitude.

Finally, tonight is the series premiere of Kentucky Bidders on TruTV at 10:30/9:30c. The show follows the happenings at Sammie’s Auction, a colorful auction house in Corbin, Ky. This family-owned business buys rare and sometimes outrageous items during the week and then sells them off on weekend nights. Sammie, his family and his madcap employees will buy or sell just about anything: wedding dresses, live animals, condominiums, antique coins, warrior helmets, antique cars, motorcycles…you name it.

Tonight is the 90-minute series premiere of The Bridge on FX at 10/9c. The show is a present-day crime thriller exploring the tensions on the US-Mexico border. When an American judge known for her anti-immigration views is found dead on the bridge connecting El Paso and Juarez, Sonya Cross (Diane Kruger) from El Paso PD must work with her Mexican counterpart from Chihuahua State Police, Marco Ruiz (Demian Bichir), to catch a serial killer operating on both sides of the border. Marco understands the slippery politics of Mexican law enforcement, and while his police force slowly succumbs to the pressures and demands of the cartel, he’s one of the last good men in the department. He’s charming, but also cunning as he will do whatever it takes to get what he needs. This does not sit well with Sonya, who has Asperger’s and strictly follows rules as well as protocol. Her candid and off-putting personality fuels an unforgiving drive for truth. The case quickly pulls them into a string of murders on the border, a scene already consumed by illegal immigration, drug trafficking, violence and prostitution. It also stars Annabeth Gish, Matthew Lillard, Ted Levine, & Thomas M. Wright.

Tonight is also the series premiere of Camp on NBC at 10:01/9:01c. Off the grid and miles from civilization, Little Otter Family Camp has summer fun for everyone. Parents decompress over gin and tonics while their kids run wild, and teenage counselors fall in and out of love. Mackenzie Granger (Rachel Griffiths, Brothers & Sisters, Six Feet Under) is the camp owner and director. Still reeling from her recent divorce, Mackenzie is ready for a fresh start. She is running things on her own for the first time and scrambling to keep the cash-strapped Little Otter from going under. She considers a buyout offer from Roger Shepard (Rodger Corser, Underbelly), the arrogant but sexy owner of the upscale camp across the lake. Despite her better judgment, their love-hate relationship quickly escalates. Meanwhile, she begins to realize that her charming, but much younger handyman, Cole (Nikolai Nikolaeff, Sea Patrol), might be interested in more than just a professional relationship. In the midst of all this, Mackenzie is struggling to be a single parent to her son Buzz (Charles Grounds), a counselor-in-training at Little Otter this year. A brash, exuberant oddball, Buzz commits himself to losing his virginity by the end of the summer. He makes fast friends with Kip Wampler (Thom Green, Dance Academy), a more reserved fellow CIT who is hiding a secret. Kip has fallen hard for Marina Barker (Lily Sullivan, Mental), a gorgeous, misunderstood CIT who has come to camp to reinvent herself. Senior counselors Robbie Matthews (Tim Pocock, X-Men Origins: Wolverine) and Sarah Brennen (Dena Kaplan, Dance Academy) met as youngsters at Little Otter and have fallen in love over the years. The two pick up every summer where they left off, but when the sexy, older writer of Sarah’s favorite book moves in across the lake, their relationship suddenly gets a lot more complicated. Summer is short and sweet. It’s a magical time where we cut loose, get lucky and make the memories we keep with us for the rest of our lives.

Saturday is the series premiere of Bounty Hunters on CMT at 10/9c. There’s a new kind of criminal-catching bounty hunter coming to CMT with the network’s first animated comedy series, executive produced and voiced by Jeff Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy, and Bill Engvall joined by series regular Lisa Lampanelli. America’s favorite funny guys, Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy, and Engvall, track down fugitives for their own two-bit bounty hunting business in each of the half-hour episodes. The team will do their best to chase down fugitives, while trying to please the tough-as-nails bondswoman who throws them cases, voiced by Lisa Lampanelli. The guys will have to deal with friends and family like Jeff’s sassy ex-wife and her smarmy new husband, voiced by Samantha Bee and Jason Jones, and the local rednecks like Jesco (who just so happens to be Jeff’s dad) voiced by Dave Thomas. Their bounties are always peculiar and are voiced by guest stars like Kellie Pickler. Blake Shelton, and Kix Brooks.
