I have been loving this TV season so far, especially a lot of the new shows. How amazing was Sleepy Hollow last night? Such a great show! Let’s see what tonight has to offer, because I bet it’s going to be more of the same fabulous stuff we’ve already been watching.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine has been so absolutely amusing from the very beginning. I adore this cast. Jake (Andy Samberg) is by far one of the funniest characters, but I love his interactions with the rest of the cast too. Jake interacting with the captain is probably my favorite moments of the show, because I love how serious the captain stays, even in the face of Jake’s hilarity. Last week’s episode about Jake’s slump was really funny, and the rabbit foot thing made me giggle.
On tonight’s episode, “M.E. Time,” Jake hits on a medical examiner at a crime scene; Amy’s purse-snatching case is stalled.
To see if Jake can get a date with a medical examiner, tune in to FOX at 8:30/7:30c.
I’ll also be watching New Girl, NCIS, NCIS: LA, Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Goldbergs, Person of Interest, The Voice, The Mindy Project, Supernatural, and The Originals.

There is SO MUCH ON tonight, and choosing just one was incredibly hard. I’m SO excited for NCIS: LA every week this season, but after a lot of deliberation, my pick tonight is Trophy Wife. I really wasn’t sure I’d like this show when I watched the trailer. But the pilot had me hooked. I loved last week’s episode, too—most specifically the psychological torture of the teenage kids by their mother, ex-wife #1, and new wife putting the kid to bed. I’m really digging this new comedy. If you haven’t checked it out, you really should.
On tonight’s episode, “The Social Network,†when Hillary is grounded after being caught lying in order to hang out with a boy, Diane and Pete decide they must snoop in her room and on her Facebook page to find out more about the young man, while Kate tries a different tactic: to be Hillary’s friend. Meanwhile, Albert gets a little too invested in Jackie’s latest career venture.
Find out if Kate’s plan works tonight on ABC at 9:31/8:31c.
I’ll also be watching/DVRing Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., NCIS, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, NCIS: LA, 19 Kids & Counting, The Goldbergs, The Little Couple, Person of Interest, & Chicago Fire.
Megan – I agree with you about Andy Samberg’s hilarious performance on Brooklyn 99. It is almost as funny as his role on the 2012 UK series, Cuckoo. He is great in that show.
