It’s the start of another week, but thank goodness it’s a short week, with Easter at the end of the tunnel. Let’s see we’re recommending tonight to help us unwind after another manic Monday.
Megan’s Choice
Bones has been having a really strong season, but I’m also really loving the move to Mondays. The character development has been great, especially when it concerns relationship growth for Booth and Bones. Last week’s episode brought up quite a controversial issue about marijuana used for medical reasons, with the victim of the week being a woman who was suffering from MS and worked at a dispensary. The issues were intensified when Wendell came back to work and admitted that he was using cannabis to help with the side effects from the cancer treatments. Cam fired him because, even if it is legal in DC, the Jeffersonian is federally sanctioned, and on a federal level, marijuana is illegal. This caused a rift in the team, but in the end, Booth helped Wendell get a job back at the Jeffersonian as a consultant, because that makes it out of federal jurisdiction. I loved how this subject was handled and how the team eventually came around and helped each other.
On tonight’s episode, “The Cold in the Case,” the team investigates the death of a woman who is cryogenically frozen; Cam is hesitant about meeting Arastoo’s parents; Booth is up for a promotion. Shohreh Aghdashloo (Grimm, 24) guest stars.
To see what kind of promotion our favorite FBI agent is up for, tune in to FOX at 8/7c.
I’ll also be watching The Voice, Mom, Star-Crossed, The Following, & Rick & Morty.

Tonight, Warehouse 13 returns to Syfy for the premiere of its short, 6-episode final season. When we last left the Warehouse, Mrs Frederick was losing her memory and told Artie he needed to tell Claudia her fate so she could be prepared to take over as caretakeer. Meanwhile, Myka’s health took a turn for the worse, looking like she may have cancer; and Artie revealed to Claudia that her sister did not really die in the car accident along with her parents over 15 years ago. While Myka headed to the doctor, the rest of the gang had captured the evil Paracelsus, but he tricked a distraught Pete into accidentally increasing his powers and setting him free. So Claudia decided to take on Paracelsus herself and entered the Warehouse, ready to defend it.
Will Claudia and the gang be able to defeat Paracelsus and save the Warehouse? Will Claudia be able to forgive Artie for hiding the truth about her sister? Does Myka have cancer, and will she survive? Will she and Pete end up together by the series finale? With only 6 episodes left of this fun series, I’ll be savoring every minute of the action, humor, and fun!
On tonight’s episode, “Endless Terror,” Claudia faces off against Paracelsus, but he manages to escape back in time to the 9th century. While Pete and Myka try to track down the villainous alchemist, their friends discover that history has been changed for the worst and the Warehouse is now a house of horrors.
Find out how the team deals with everything tonight on Syfy at 9/8c.
I’ll also be watching/recording 2 Broke Girls, Friends with Better Lives, Mom, Bones, The Following, Bates Motel, and Metal Hurlant Chronicles.
JJ’s Choice
To me, the addition of different locations in 2 Broke Girls has greatly improved the show. It feels a little wider in scope, and by having Max (temporarily) in a relationship, the show became so much better. Some of the jokes still don’t land as much as the writers probably want, but this show is still high on my list. Last time, Max and Caroline went with Deke to meet his very well-to-do family, and it all went well until they found out Caroline’s father is Martin Channing. Then Max accidentally told everyone (including Deke himself) that Deke’s mom used to be a stripper, and Deke was forced to make a choice between his family/fortune and Max. He chose Max. Unfortunately, she thought that was the wrong choice, and in the middle of the night, she (along with Caroline’s help) were determined to push his dumpster home as far as possible back toward his family’s house.
On tonight’s episode, “And the Wedding Cake Cake Cake,” Max and Caroline decide to do a wedding cake for a bride who doesn’t seem to be able to decide what style cake she wants—or much of anything else. Lindsay Lohan guest stars.
See how they deal on CBS at 8/7c.
I’ll also be watching The Tomorrow People, Mom, RuPaul’s Drag Race, and Warehouse 13.
