Yesterday, I enjoyed a day filled with family and fun in the spring weather. It was so warm! Today, the kids are going back to school, and that means tonight will be an early night around here, which means television is going to be a great way to relax. Let’s see what we’re recommending on TV tonight to help us unwind.
I’m not entirely sure that Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is a show to unwind to lately, seeing as one of our favorite characters, Ward, has gone to the dark side. Last week, we watched as he helped raid the Fridge and then find out that he needed to kidnap Skye in order to decrypt the information on the hard drive she gave him. I really hope that somehow, we find out that Ward isn’t really bad, because I enjoy the way him and Skye interact, but I guess we’ll find out more tonight.
On tonight’s episode, “The Only Light in the Darkness,” Coulson races to save the life of his one true love; the mystery of “The Cellist” is finally revealed.
To see if they can save the day, tune in to ABC at 8/7c.
I’ll also be watching The Voice, The Mindy Project, Glee, Chopped, Glee, and Deadliest Catch.

When I first saw that MTV had a new show called Faking It premiering tonight, I had assumed it was yet another incarnation of the reality show where people try to learn a new profession in a few weeks in order to fool a panel of judges. However, it turns out this new MTV series is actually a scripted romantic comedy. Best friends Karma (Katie Stevens) and Amy (Rita Volk) have tried everything to get noticed in high school, but always come up short. However, that all changes one day when they are accidentally mistaken as a lesbian couple. They love their newfound fame, but to what lengths will they go to in order to keep up the ruse to maintain their popularity?! The series also stars Michael Willett, Gregg Sulkin, and Bailey Buntain.
The premise sounds unique and interesting, and the show looks kind of fun, based on the trailers. I think MTV make a good choice to pair it with Awkward. as they seem like they will fit well together. I have no idea how good this show will be, but I look forward to checking out the premiere tonight.
On tonight’s episode, “Pilot,” best friends are mistaken for lesbians in the opener of this series, in which two high schoolers become popular by pretending to be gay.
Check it out tonight on MTV at 10:30/9:30c.
I’ll also be watching/recording Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Celebrity Wife Swap, About a Boy, Growing Up Fisher, Glee, The Mindy Project, Fargo, Chrisley Knows Best, Face Off, Jim Henson’s Creature Shop Challenge, and Awkward.
