I was going to recommend the Surviving Jack season finale tonight (and I still think it’s worth checking out), but the axes have already started falling, and yesterday, FOX announced the death of Enlisted, Surviving Jack, Dads, and Rake. Tonight and tomorrow night, you can expect the rest of the cancellations and renewals to flood the internet. I really hope some of my favorite comedies survive! We’ve got some recommendations for you to check out tonight as you nervously await the fate of your favorite shows.
Hollywood Game Night is always a hilarious hour of TV. I love how they have been constantly introducing new games throughout the season to keep the show fresh and entertaining. I also enjoy that I can rely on some of my favorite games returning over and over again. It always fun watching the mix of celebrities harass one another in jest during the lighthearted competition.
On tonight’s episode, “He Said, She Said,” host Jane Lynch welcomes celebrities John Legend, Andy Roddick, Donald Faison, Chrissy Teigen, Brooklyn Decker, and Sarah Chalke.
See the fun tonight on NBC at 8/7c.
I’ll also be watching/recording The Big Bang Theory, The Millers, Bad Teacher, Elementary, Grey’s Anatomy, and Surviving Jack.
Jump with us to see else we think you should watch.
The Big Bang Theory still makes me laugh every week, even seven seasons in. Last week, the boys celebrated “Star Wars Day,” but Sheldon was shocked when he learned that Professor Proton had passed away. It took him a while to get past the regular Sheldon/no emotion reaction, but when he did, it was very touching. When Leonard came back into Sheldon’s room to ask him how he was doing and Sheldon grabbed him in a hug, I couldn’t help but tear up. It was a very moving, yet still very funny, episode.
We’re just a couple of episodes away from the finale, and there are some questions that definitely come to mind. Will Leonard & Penny get engage—for real? Will Sheldon and Amy stay together, and will he finally get his work figured out? Will Howard & Bernadette end up pregnant? Will Raj and Emily stay together?
On tonight’s episode, “The Gorilla Dissolution,” a bad day causes Penny to reevaluate her life choices…including Leonard. Meanwhile, Howard and Bernadette struggle to care for Mrs. Wolowitz, and Raj gets relationship advice from Sheldon.
Find out what decisions Penny comes to on CBS at 8/7c.
I’ll also be watching/DVRing Hell’s Kitchen, Hollywood Game Night, The Millers, Chopped Canada, Two and a Half Men, Surviving Jack, & Elementary.
The thing about Hell’s Kitchen that gets me every time is that just as you think the chefs couldn’t get any more clueless, they surprise you. I think that this may be the WORST season for talent yet. The Red team kicked butt at the reward challenge, but dinner service they just fell flat. Bev is one of the most useless chefs I have ever seen in my entire life. She can’t even run the garnish station. In the end, it was Bev who finally went home for her absolute incompetence. I don’t even have a favorite yet because in my opinion so far, they are all horrid. Let’s hope they can turn it around soon, or I won’t be watching.
On tonight’s episode, “12 Chefs Compete,” contestants from both teams are given 30 minutes to shine; Chef Ramsay announces it is time for performance evaluations.
To see how the evaluations go, tune in to FOX at 8/7c.
I’ll also be watching The Big Bang Theory, Grey’s Anatomy, Elementary, and Chopped Canada.
