If We Controlled Your Remote… 7/2/10

Jenny’s Choice

Megan and I are both recommending the same show tonight: the series finale of Miami Medical on CBS. In my opinion, the show didn’t get near the number of viewers it deserved. It has some great, interesting characters, with interesting back stories, and really cool cases. It’s been consistently good from the start, and I am incredibly sorry to see it ending tonight. On tonight’s episode, the aftermath of two accidents leave Proctor and Zambrano questioning just how far they’ll go for their patients, and Dr C. begins to wonder if his brother’s (Bailey Chase, Saving Grace) latest re-appearance comes with strings attached.

I’m going to have to go with the series finale of Miami Medical. What can I say except that I love this show. It has interesting medical cases, the characters are intriguing and in my opinion it’s one of the best medical shows on air besides Grey’s Anatomy.

I’m sad that it’s been cancelled, but I have enjoyed it, nonetheless. So if for no other reason than I asked you to, tune into CBS at 10/9c and check it out. Then come back and comment or tweet us (@tvismypacifier for the site or @BaffledAddict for Megan) and tell us what a mistake CBS made cancelling it.

I had a couple front runners tonight but I’m going to have to go with Miami Medical on CBS at 10 pm. I really enjoy this show, the medical cases are always interesting and the cast is really developing. I’m sad that they are planning on cancelling it, because frankly I think it just needs a bit more time to gain an audience. Perhaps you could be it?

There’s been crazy weeks with a patient stabbing a nurse, an alligator attacking a golfer, and the great thing is that they don’t save every patient. I say that’s a great thing because it’s more realistic.

More on Miami Medical and Jenny’s recommendation after the jump. Continue reading
