If We Controlled Your Remote… 9/1/11

Gearing up for a long weekend can be exciting. It can also be excruciating. Time seems to tick by so slowly when you are working for the weekend! Relax and take a load off! Let the time fly right by with all new episodes of your favorite shows! Before you know it, the weekend and Labor Day will be upon you, and you’ll have plenty of time for party and relaxation. For now, caress your remote and let your fingers do the walking!

Lisa’s Choice

If you haven’t made it work, you’ve been auf’d! Project Runway is fashion first, or be fashion roadkill. This season, between the guest judges and the tasks that the designers have been given, designers have had to up their game in a major way!

Tonight, Kenneth Cole serves as guest judge, and the designers must work with art students to create a piece of art that will serve as inspiration for their very next garment.

If We Controlled Your Remote… 8/25/11

Thursday just keeps looking better and better! Seems like with all of the natural disasters that have occurred, and the ones supposedly that will occur, we all could use a great escape from weather and other related incidents. Thankfully, there is a whole set of new episodes of some fantastic shows that will take your mind off anything happening outside and get you into weekend mode.

Lisa’s Choice

For the first time ever, one designer is given the power to change the course of the competition. With model Erin Wasson guest judging, tonight’s Project Runway will bring a surprising twist to the show and to the designers. This season is off to a great start and has been full of surprise after surprise, and tonight is no different. Prepare to make it work!

Tonight, the designers learn that they must work in teams in order to design a piece that is inspired by show host Heidi Klum. Plus, the winners of a foot race become team captains in the challenge.

If We Controlled Your Remote… 6/18/10

Friday is a glint in your eye, and you’re waiting for the moment you can let loose. Indulge in some Thursday night fun and get yourself pumped and ready for Friday. Thursday may seem like it will never end, but with all new episodes of your favorite shows, time will fly by! Sit yourself down on your couch, let your fingers doing the walking on the remote, and click on some Thursday night treasures!

Nina is holding court tonight on an all new episode of Project Runway. She’s going over every stitch, design, and detail with a fine tooth comb, because tonight’s episode revolves around her, and the designers must cater to her every whim, demand, and critique. If Nina doesn’t approve, it very well may be off with your head…or better yet…you’re out!

Tonight, the designers must create a look for Nina Garcia to wear at a very important industry event. Actress Kerry Washington and Marie Claire’s Editor In Chief, Joanna Coles, guest judge!

Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday! Okay, we know it’s not Friday yet, but we’re jonesing for a fix so bad that we’ll even quote Rebecca Black lyrics in anticipation. Friday may be one day away, but there is plenty for you to tune in to tonight! Get ready for some must see TV shows that will usher you into a Friday full of fun.

Lisa’s Choice

These designers know no bounds, and in tonight’s episode, it definitely showcases that! High flying fashion collides with high flying models on an all new Project Runway! With the announcement of the cast who will be on Project Runway AllStars, this only amps up the excitement for more fierce fashion! Find out who is in and who is out on an all new episode!

Tonight, the designers get broken into teams of two and are given the task of designing looks for stilt walkers in an outdoor fashion challenge. It’s the first time there has ever been an outdoor challenge where the runway show is held outside in New York. Kim Kardashian is tonight’s guest judge!

If We Controlled Your Remote… 8/4/11

Those four letters are almost ready to roll off of your tongue…TGIF! One more day, and you’ll be able to shout it from the rooftops! Don’t sweat the work day, when you’ve got a lot of fantastic shows that have all new episodes tonight! You’ll have plenty to watch to keep you glued to the couch and help you unwind and get ready for some Friday fun.

Lisa’s Choice

Are you in, or are you out? Project Runway is back, and so are the contestants, who are literally working on every project while on pins and needles. Drama and design never looked so good! Tonight’s guest judge is Stacey Bendet from Alice + Olivia, and she doesn’t disappoint. Neither do the designs!

Tonight, the designers will work in teams of two in order to create looks larger than life from materials that they find in a pet shop. Their creations will be worn by stilt walkers in the very first ever outdoor runway catwalk.
