Eek. Well, I got about 8 inches of snow yesterday, so my kid was home from school Tuesday and today both. He’s thrilled. Me? Not so much. 😉 LOL The snow is beautiful, but like Megan—and most of the US & Canada—I’m tired of winter. Heh There’s lots of great TV on tonight to curl up with since it’s so cold out, so check out our recommendations. 🙂
Jenny’s Choice
Tonight is a huge milestone for Criminal Minds, and the big episode wraps up what began at the end of last week’s ep. Last week’s Unsub was a guy who had planned to commit suicide, but he ended up going on a vigilante killing spree. I’m not sure what this would say about me to a psychiatrist, but…good for him? No, murder is never a good thing, but I was kinda rooting for the guy. In the end, when cornered, he chose to take his own life. He was grieving for his wife and his son, who had died in prison, and he knew he wasn’t getting out of the situation alive. Along the same lines, an old military buddy of Rossi’s sent him a special handgun, and Rossi took time off to go check up on him. He wanted to reunite with his son and meet his grandson, but his son didn’t want to chance getting hurt again. Rossi convinced the man that those things take time and to go back to the place he was living and just wait. Then, the man’s son and his family showed up, and it was a happy reunion all around. Finally, in the last minute, JJ was kidnapped, which leads us into the big 200th episode!
On tonight’s episode, “200,” when JJ is kidnapped, the BAU delves into her time at the State Department to find clues to her disappearance and uncover a secret mission that now puts her life in danger. To help with their search for JJ, the team calls upon Prentiss to help in the crisis. Paget Brewster returns as Emily Prentiss. Also returning are Jayne Atkinson as Erin Strauss, Esai Morales as Section Chief Mateo Cruz, Josh Stewart as JJ’s Husband, Det. William LaMontagne, Jr., and Nicholas Brendon as Kevin Lynch. Debrah Farentino guest stars as Undersecretary Rosemary Jackson.
Find out what JJ’s time away has to do with her kidnapping and see if the team can get her back safely tonight on CBS at 9/8c.
