The rules don’t exist when it comes to Thursday night programming! You can click on whatever program you’re in the mood for and get exactly the fix you need to help carry you into weekend bliss. While you may not be in weekend mode just yet, Thursday night is your night to situate yourself and be primed for the impending party that is just a day away. Cast off the shackles of your work week and get ready for a night of pure pleasure. You never know what’s in store for you when you press the remote, but you know you’re guaranteed a wild ride of a night!

Lisa’s Choice

Last week on Community, Britta tried to help Jeff with his severely extreme narcissism while the group worked as celebrity impersonators in order to help Abed pay down a debt. While letting Abed enjoy his imaginary world, Troy felt a little lost and lonely, but he didn’t want to hinder Abed’s creativity and escapism.

On tonight’s episode, “Digital Exploration of Interior Design,” Shirley, Britta, and Pierce plot against the new sub shop in the cafeteria. Fans may remember a couple of episodes ago when Shirley and Pierce pitched the sub shop idea to the Dean, only to have it stolen away from them. Vice Dean Laybourne (guest star John Goodman) continues his daunting efforts to recruit Troy to the Air Conditioning repair Annex. Also, Troy and Abed build competing blanket forts.

If We Controlled Your Remote… 3/22/12

Thursday night is the medicine for a work week that may have been filled with far too many downers for your taste. Snag the jolt of happiness that you’re craving by taking your remote in your hand and letting your freedom reign. Exercise your right to a night full of laughs, thrills, chills, and endless other fantasies! Whatever you decide on, you’re in for a wild ride that’s sure to chase any blues away and leave you amped for the upcoming weekend that is sure to be full of clear skies!

Lisa’s Choice

Community made its triumphant return last Thursday to the sincere delight of its masses of fans. Last week, Andre (guest star Malcolm-Jamal Warner) proposed to Shirley in the college cafeteria, and the two decided to remarry. Britta and Annie got wedding fever and thought that they could help Andre and Shirley plan everything, while Jeff tried to prepare a speech as best he could. Meanwhile, Pierce and Shirley presented the Dean with an idea for a sandwich shop, which was well received but then stolen away.

On tonight’s episode, “Contemporary Impressionists,” Britta tries to help Jeff with his extreme narcissism, and the group works as celebrity impersonators to help Abed pay down a debt.

Interview with Kiefer Sutherland from Touch

Kiefer Sutherland recently spoke with the press about his new show, Touch, which has a special airing of the pilot tonight on FOX. The show won’t air again until late March, but FOX is giving viewers a chance to see the premiere early.

Sutherland stars as a widower and single father haunted by an inability to connect to his mute eleven-year-old son. But everything changes when he discovers that his son possesses the gift of staggering genius – the ability to see things that no one else can and the patterns that connect seemingly unrelated events.

If We Controlled Your Remote… 1/25/12

Jenny’s Choice #1

Tonight is the 150th episode of Criminal Minds. Last week, poor Reid felt like he wasn’t living up to his full potential. The bad guy basically taunted him, but in the end, Reid bested him and they caught the guy—and his best friend from years ago, who was responsible for the death of a seven-year-old boy when they were fifteen. I felt really bad for Reid the whole episode. Not only was he feeling off about where he was in his life, but the gang had forgotten his thirtieth birthday—which is a big one to forget! They surprised him at the end of the episode, but really…too little too late, in my opinion.

On tonight’s episode, “Unknown Subject,” the BAU team searches for a serial rapist in Houston known as “The Piano Man,” who has resurfaced and is assaulting his previous victims. Also, Prentiss tries to come to terms with her trauma from last year and with rejoining the team. Guest stars include Jay Karnes (The Shield, Sons of Anarchy), Dina Meyer (Starship Troopers), and Penny Peyser (Crazy Like a Fox, Knots Landing).
