Tonight is the series premiere of What the Fung? on FYI at 9/8c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 9:30/8:30c. The show follows comedians and brothers, Andrew and David Fung, as they travel across America in search of the best local spots to eat. Thirteen half-hour episodes are set to premiere on Saturday, May 23 at 9pm ET. In “What the Fung?!,” The Fung Brothers, will take viewers on a comedic culinary journey as they eat their way across the US, all while attempting to eat like “ballers” on a budget. With just fifty dollars each to spend on the best cheap eats, the brothers will sample the most iconic food – from authentic, regional cuisine to more innovative and modern bites – each city has to offer. From New Orleans, to Tampa, Asheville and more – the brothers will meet chefs, and foodie fans like themselves, while gaining access to the kitchens and people behind the food they eat. They will also learn hands-on how to make signature dishes from restaurant owners and chefs.
 
Tonight is also the series premiere of Between on Netflix at 11:30/10:30c. A mysterious disease strikes a small town’s adult population in this tense sci-fi drama. Pretty Lake’s teenagers think they have their futures in sight with college, the military, even childbirth. But when the grownups in their lives suddenly start dying of an unknown plague and the government quarantines the town, the survivors quickly realize they’re trapped — and they’re going to have figure out how to make it to adulthood on their own. The show stars Jennette McCurdy (iCarly), Jim Watson, & Ryan Allen.

Tonight is the series premiere of The Hustlers on TruTV at 9/8c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 10/9c. This new series centers on the high-stakes, cutthroat competition in New York City’s pool halls.
 
Tonight is also the series premiere of American Diner Revival on Food Network at 10:30/9:30c. Ty Pennington and Amanda Freitag are on a mission to help classic American diners across the country. Over six episodes Amanda and Ty travel the country empowering local towns to lend a hand in saving their struggling diners, utilizing a combination of Ty’s design and carpentry skills and Amanda’s culinary expertise. With the help of the residents, this duo have only a few days to transform a cherished establishment in desperate need of a physical and menu makeover, and will use a good old-fashioned barn raising to ambush unsuspecting and deserving owners with the surprise of a lifetime.
