Last week’s episode of The Walking Dead was really intense – it was like watching a video game. Things started off calm, with Carol delivering homemade beet and acorn cookies to all of the Alexandria residents, including her new beau Tobin. On the other hand, Abraham broke off his relationship with Rosita, which she didn’t take well. When Rick arrived back at the settlement, he had everyone vote whether or not to take preemptive action against the Saviors, and peace-loving Morgan was severely out-voted. So they headed off for a secret raid on Negan’s compound, where they slowly made their way through the building, killing the men one by one in their sleep. (This was the first time Glenn had to kill another human being that wasn’t a walker.) However, when one of the Saviors discovered what was going on, he pulled the fire alarm, and all hell broke loose. Our gang managed to gun down everyone inside, but as they were headed outside, one of the Saviors tried to escape on a motorcycle. Daryl was about to kill the man, when a woman’s voice came over a loudspeaker, ordering them to lower their weapons, followed by “We’ve got a Carol and a Maggie. I’m thinking that’s something you want to chat about.â€
How is the gang going to get out of this situation? Who is this woman, and is there any reasoning with her after the massive slaughter of her people? Is this the end for Maggie and/or Carol? I hope not! Where is Negan, and how is he going to react to all of this?
On tonight’s episode, “The Same Boat,” after experiencing a minor success, there is a whole new set of issues when members of the group are taken and held hostage.
Find out if the group can rescue Carol and Maggie tonight on AMC at 9/8c.
I’ll also be watching/recording The Family, Quantico, Hollywood Game Night, Bob’s Burgers, The Simpsons, Family Guy, The Last Man on Earth, Talking Dead, and And Then There Were None.

On last week’s CSI: Cyber, a group of three women were rerouting drivers using a traffic app, blocking them in and then robbing them. Unfortunately, one of the victims protested and knocked the mask off one of the women, and the leader shot and killed him. She then shot the unmasked woman when she got upset and said they needed to call the police. They thought she was dead, but in reality, she’d lived. In the end, the team found the other two women using that same traffic app.
But the big news of the episode was that Brody decided to sue the FBI because they’d collected evidence outside the scope of their warrant, and that evidence was what helped convict him. So he was looking to get his conviction overturned. Avery’s boss met with him and Avery and asked if he would withdraw his lawsuit, but Brody said no, he would see it through to the end. Because of that, the boss agreed to overturn the conviction, which meant Brody was free. Unfortunately, the boss told Avery that the black-hat-for-hire program had gotten away from her and he was terminating it. Brody got all kinds of excited and told Raven they were free…but she angrily told him that no, HE was free – SHE would be going back to prison. Dun dun dun!
Tonight is the season finale, and there are a few story lines still up in the air. Brody, Raven, and the black-hat-for-hire program; Elijah and his stalker woman; D. B. and Greer Latimore… No news yet on whether or not this show will be coming back for another season, so hopefully we’ll end this season on a decent note!
On tonight’s episode, “Legacy,†the fate of the U.S. government is at stake as Avery and the Cyber team search for the hacker responsible for the largest breach of highly classified data in history after millions of federal employee files are stolen. Also, Avery and her ex-husband have a heart-to-heart, and D. B. considers a future with Greer.
To see what happens with Avery, D. B., and the team, tune in to CBS at 10/9c.
I’ll also be watching/DVRing Guy’s Grocery Games, Little Big Shots, All-Star Academy, Cutthroat Kitchen, & Hollywood Game Night.
