Tonight is the 90-minute series premiere of Preacher on AMC at 10/9c. Based on Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon’s popular ’90’s comic book franchise of the same name, the ten-episode season was developed for television by executive producers Seth Rogen & Evan Goldberg (This Is the End, Superbad, Neighbors) and executive producer and showrunner Sam Catlin (Breaking Bad). This is a supernatural, twisted and darkly comedic drama that follows a West Texas preacher named Jesse Custer, who is inhabited by a mysterious entity that causes him to develop a highly unusual power. Jesse, his badass ex-girlfriend Tulip and an Irish vagabond named Cassidy come together and when they do, they are thrust into a crazy world populated by a cast of characters from Heaven, Hell and everywhere in between. The show stars Derek Wilson, Dominic Cooper, Elizabeth Perkins, Ian Colletti, Jamie Anne Allman, Joseph Gilgun, Lucy Griffiths, Ruth Negga, & Tom Brooke.

Tonight is the series premiere of Kids BBQ Championship on Food Network at 8/7c. Eight of the country’s finest young BBQers cook it out in the first-ever battle to find the best kid grill master. During the six-episode season, hosts Camila Alves and Eddie Jackson lead the young chefs through a series of red-hot challenges testing their BBQ skills and creativity on the grill — and only one competitor takes home the grand prize: $20,000 and a feature in Food Network Magazine. With themes ranging from a Hawaiian luau competition to a cowboy campfire challenge, each episode also features some of the biggest names in BBQ as guest judges.

Tonight is the series premiere of Virtually in Love on Oxygen at 9/8c. Tonight is the series premiere of Buddy’s Family Vacation on Food Network at 8/7c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 8:30/7:30c. Buddy Valastro trades the bakery for an RV this summer and takes a memorable road trip to experience the sites and flavors of the South with his wife Lisa and their four kids. The adventure begins at home in New Jersey, where Buddy and Lisa come up with the rules of the road to keep any family trip on track, and the Valastro gang packs up to go South for their first destinations: Myrtle Beach and Charleston, South Carolina.
