Tonight is the series premiere of Nightflyers on Syfy at 10/9c. Set in the year 2093, Nightflyers is a psychological thriller that follows a team of scientists aboard the Nightflyer, the most advanced ship ever built, as they embark on a journey to find other life forms. Their mission takes them to the edge of the solar system, and to the edge of insanity, as they realize true horror isn’t waiting for them in outer space—it’s already on their ship. The show is based on a novella by George R.R. Martin (Game of Thrones) and stars Gretchen Mol (Boardwalk Empire, Chance, Life on Mars, Yellowstone, The Memory Keeper’s Daughter), Brian F. O’Byrne (Squarius, Manhunt: Unabomber), Angus Sampson (Shut Eye), David Ajala (Beowulf, Black Box, Falling Water), Eoin Macken (THe Night Shift), Jodie Turner-Smith (Jett), Maya Eshet, & Sam Strike.

Tonight is the series premiere of Unanchored on Bravo at 10/9c. Adventure sets sail on the new series as it follows best-friends Barrett Young, Chelsi Pugliese, Danielle McNeil, Evan Tauber, Korey Warzala, Max Craddock, Rachel McGowan, and Vanessa Cavanaugh as they embark on a life-changing journey filled with wanderlust and self-discovery. Led by their larger-than-life skipper, Captain Jack Royds, the crew attend one of the most coveted and exclusive “floating festivals,” called “The BucketLust” where 350 people and 35 catamarans set sail to breath-taking locales throughout the Bahamas. On this annual trip, these friends jump in feet first by taking on all the work of the crew; from hoisting their own sails and tending the lines, to managing 100% of the cooking and cleaning. Every day brings a new stunning view and a thrilling excursion as they take dips with stingrays and swimming pigs, ride rocket-power jet boards and spend their nights partying until dawn. But it’s not always smooth sailing for this group, as friendships are put to the test, long-distance couples are forced to see if their romance can survive 24/7 togetherness and fiery exes try to coexist peacefully during their voyage. Between hidden jealousies and buried secrets, there’s no shortage of drama with these friends as pent-up conflict between the crew finally comes to a head. For these wanderlusters, everyday life is flat, uninspiring and tolerable for only one reason: it allows them to travel the world together and party in spectacular locations a few times per year.

Tonight is the series premiere of Legends of the Lost with Megan Fox on Travel Channel at 8/7c. A self-described “seeker,” actress Megan Fox has an intrinsic thirst for knowledge and an insatiable curiosity for ancient mysteries and cultures. Now, she’s taking an extraordinary journey across the globe to re-examine some of the world’s most enduring legends and lore in Travel Channel’s new series. In each of the four hour-long episodes, Fox brings a fresh perspective to learning about some of the greatest myths and stories left behind by our ancient ancestors. Meeting with experts and archaeologists, and perusing through priceless texts and fascinating artifacts, Fox attempts to uncover answers about the age-old mysteries that still perplex scientists and archaeologists to this day: What was Stonehenge’s real purpose? Was the Trojan War real? Were some of the fierce Viking warriors actually women? Who were the first human settlers to arrive on the shores of what is now North America?

Tonight is the complete first season premiere of Bad Blood on Netflix at 3:01AM/2:01AMc. This sprawling crime drama follows the true story of the Rizzuto family and its associates, who presided over organized crime in Montreal for decades. The show stars Anthony LaPaglia, Kim Coates, & Enrico Colantoni.
 
Tonight is also the complete first season premiere of Dogs of Berlin on Netflix at 3:01AM/2:01AMc. Two cops investigate the murder of a famous Turkish-German soccer player, but one of them has underworld connections that mire the case in controversy.
 
Tonight is also the complete first season premiere of Pine Gap on Netflix at 3:01AM/2:01AMc. The international political thriller is set in and around the enigmatic US/Australia joint defence facility situated in central Australia. Set in the secretive world of intelligence, Pine Gap exposes the stress inflicted on nations and individuals when ultimate loyalty is under threat, and true motives endanger the famously strong American/Australian joint military alliance through conflicting interests, personal ideals…and one tragic mistake.
