I love Wednesday nights because of #OneChicago. Having all three Chicago-based dramas on one night is awesome. And even though tonight is the fall finale for all three, I’m still excited for it – maybe especially because it’s the fall finales. They’ve promised that all three will be filled with surprises and excitement…and having seen a screener for each of them, I can promise they weren’t lying! Between Will & Natalie on Med, Casey, Naomi, Severide, & Kidd on Fire, and Atwater and the others on PD, there’s plenty of drama, shockers, and even tears on tap tonight.
On tonight’s episode of Chicago Med, “Death Do Us Part,†Will and Natalie prepare for their big day, but an unsuspecting Will soon finds himself sidetracked. Dr. Charles disagrees with Goodwin on how to best handle a patient’s treatment while Dr. Choi and April are on their own when a pregnant woman delivers. Dr. Rhodes finds himself operating on a patient that is of great importance to Det. Halstead.
Then on Chicago Fire, “Always a Catch,†stakes are high when a massive car pile-up on the freeway impacts someone dear to the firehouse family. Brett and Foster encounter a harrowing call while Kidd and Severide find their relationship being tested.
Finally on Chicago PD, “Descent,†in an attempt to dig himself out of a hole and save someone close to him, Antonio (Jon Seda) crosses a line that puts the entire team at risk.

Megan’s Choice
It’s incredible that after 14 seasons, I still look forward to watching Criminal Minds every week. Thankfully, even with quite a few cast changes, I still get my weekly dose of Reid and Garcia, who are both my favorite members of the team. One day it would be great to see both of these characters with solid personal stories, including some love interests. Last week was all about a man who broke in, killed a couple, and kidnapped their young daughter. She was later dropped off at a local restaurant the family regularly visited, with a note that said the owner would make a good mother to the little girl. He then did the same to another couple and little girl, keeping her with him that time when he went to visit his ex-wife. Turned out their little girl had died, and he just…broke. So he was trying to find their daughter and re-create their family. It was really super sad all around.
On tonight’s episode, “Broken Wing,” a professor from Lewis’s past tips off the BAU to an alarming number of overdose deaths of patients who just completed rehab.
