Tonight is the TV movie The Christmas Cup on Hallmark at 6/5c. After a knee injury threatens to cut her career short, Staff Sergeant Kelly Brandt (Rhiannon Fish) returns home in low spirits for the holidays. Her family tries to help by encouraging her to lead her hometown team in the annual Christmas Cup against the rival town. It takes a lot of work, but Kelly organizes her team and gets them as competition ready as she can with the help of Fire Captain Quinn Stokley (Ben Rosenbaum). Sparks begin to fly with Quinn, and through the whole process, Kelly is reminded of how much she loves to lead, but her heart still hopes she will be cleared to return to serve. Kelly ultimately receives the call she has been waiting for; however, it’s not what she expects. With the Marines needing her to report to the Hawaiian base on the day of the competition, Kelly soon realizes there is more than one way to serve a community.

Tonight is the TV movie A Christmas in Amish Country on UPtv at 7/6c. When a rising chef’s career implodes after a harsh review, she returns to her Amish roots in rural Pennsylvania only to find healing through slow-cooking techniques and the comforts of home; including re-kindling friendship with the sweet Amish farmer she left behind. It stars Ella Cannon and Jason Tobias.

Tonight is the TV movie Christmas at the Catnip Cafe on Hallmark at 8/7c. Olivia Pierce (Erin Cahill) is a marketing executive from Oakland, California who is this close to realizing her dream of purchasing a condo, but she’s a bit short on the down payment. When she learns that her late great aunt left her half of a cat café in upstate New York she thinks it’s the Christmas miracle she needed – as long as she can sell and close the deal before the holidays. Olivia’s plan hits a bump in the road when she meets Dr. Ben Kane (Paul Campbell), the veterinarian who owns the other half. The café serves an important role in the town – helping homeless cats find forever homes – and he has no intention of closing up shop. Christmas is the most important time of the year as they plan many activities to help raise funds and get them into the black. Olivia and Ben strike a deal – she agrees to help him plan the fundraising events at the café over the next three weeks in exchange for Ben promising not to drag his heels on selling at the end of that time. Unless, Ben notes, she ends up changing her mind – a lot can happen in three weeks, after all. As they work together and a spark between them grows, Olivia becomes part of the neighborhood, gains an appreciation for the café’s adorable feline inhabitants and what it means to Ben, as well as to the entire community. And when she learns the surprising reason her great aunt opened the café in the first place, that just might be the cat-alyst for change that will give them all a Merry Christmas.

Tonight is the TV movie Savvy Sheldon Feels Good as Hell on The CW at 8/7c. Savvy Sheldon (Amber Riley, Glee) is juggling a lot — a high-stress/low-thanks job, a situationship that has run its course, and the love-worn kitchen she inherited from her cherished grandma who left Savvy her love of cooking and a treasure trove of recipes. Supported by her ride or die mom and best friend, Savvy decides to take control of her destiny and sets out on some renovations, from her career to her kitchen. Isaiah (Dorian Grey, Transplant), the dashing contractor, falls for more than Savvy’s delectable cuisine and may just be the secret ingredient to heating up Savvy’s love life, even as she finds her true calling. Nadine Whiteman (Designated Survivor) and Malaika Hennie-Hamadi (Bria Mack Gets a Life) also star.

Tonight is the TV movie There’s No Place Like Christmas on Great American Family at 8/7c. Big city Realtor, Grace Sawyer (Cindy Busby) returns to her hometown of Evergreen Falls to lead the local realty office, just as the team nears an annual sales goal that would win them a dream vacation. On Grace’s first day, she accidentally ruins a once-in-a-year sunset photo for local photographer Luke Davies (Sam Page), who also shoots listings for the agency. Will a chance at owning her dream home and snagging a permanent role managing the firm in her small town lead Grace to love and a future she never expected.

Tonight is the premiere of the documentary film Living Proof on Hulu at 12:01AM/11:01PMc. The documentary, which honors the lived experiences of Black women with HIV, is produced by Emmy-winning actress, producer and activist Sheryl Lee Ralph and is airing tonight in honor of World AIDS Day. Set in Atlanta, one of the epicenters of the Southern HIV epidemic, the documentary centers on Freda Jones and Kennedi Lowman, co-founders of LOTUS (Loving Ourselves Thru Unity and Strength). “This grassroots nonprofit is shifting the paradigm for how Black women experience, talk about, and live with HIV,” a synopsis of the project explains. Described as a story of “joy, sisterhood and self-determination,” Living Proof spotlights the systemic challenges that Black women in the South face — including medical discrimination and stigma, as well as the consequences of cuts to public health funding — and how, through support groups, open discussions about PrEP and other community-driven health initiatives, they’re reclaiming their narratives and their health. “Living Proof is both a love letter and a call to action — a vibrant testament to the healing power of visibility, truth, and community,” said Ralph in a statement. “Freda and Kennedi’s stories remind us that Black women are not just surviving HIV — they are leading the way in reimagining what it means to live with strength, pride, and purpose.”
