Tonight is the series premiere of Marshals on CBS at 8/7c. This spin-off/sequel to Yellowstone stars Luke Grimes reprising his role as Kayce Dutton. With the Yellowstone Ranch behind him, Dutton joins an elite unit of U.S. Marshals, combining his skills as a cowboy and Navy SEAL to bring range justice to Montana. Kayce and his teammates — Pete Calvin (Logan Marshall-Green), Belle Skinner (Arielle Kebbel), Andrea Cruz (Ash Santos), and Miles Kittle (Tatanka Means) — must balance the high psychological cost of serving as the last line of defense in the region’s war on violence with their duty to their families, which for Kayce includes his son Tate (Brecken Merrill) and his confidants Thomas Rainwater (Gil Birmingham) and Mo (Mo Brings Plenty) from the Broken Rock reservation.

Tonight is the series premiere of American Classic on MGM+ at 9/8c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 9:30/8:30c. The series tells the story of Broadway star Richard Bean who suffers a spectacular public meltdown and returns home to the family theater where he first became aware of his own brilliance. Once there, his extreme behavior sets off a series of crises among those closest to him: his ex-girlfriend (now the town’s mayor) married to his brother, his brother himself, and his beloved niece who dreams of a life in the theater. As old loves resurface and buried secrets emerge, Richard must confront the consequences of his past actions and the family and town he left behind for fame and glamour. Each season follows a different Richard Bean production that will reflect the stories unfolding in the lovable but flawed Bean family and the transformative power of making art. It stars Kevin Kline, Laura Linney, Jon Tenney, Len Cariou, Nell Verlaque, Jessica Hecht, TOny Shalhoub, Ajay Friese, Billy Carter, Stephen Spinella, Aaron Tveit, Jane Alexader, Elise Kibler, & Mark Linn-Baker.

Tonight is the series premiere of Disaster: The Chernobyl Meltdown on CNN at 9/8c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 10/9c. Marking the 40th anniversary of the unprecedented tragedy, the series tells the powerful story of the world’s worst nuclear disaster in four gripping episodes. Spanning the scope of the catastrophic collapse of the reactor, the Soviets’ calculated cover-up, and the present-day fallout now intersecting with the war in Ukraine, the series reveals a tragedy still reverberating across history. Featuring revealing interviews with survivors speaking publicly for the first time, alongside rare insight into the CIA and Soviet responses, the series exposes a web of secrecy, miscalculation, and human cost. Astonishing new footage from inside the nuclear exclusion zone reveals how this scarred landscape is once again under siege as war encroaches on one of the most dangerous places on Earth.

Tonight is the series premiere of DTF St. Louis on HBO at 9/8c. A limited series about a love triangle between three adults experiencing middle-age malaise that leads to one of them ending up dead. It stars Arlan Ruf, Chris Perfetti, David Harbour, Jason Bateman, Joy Sunday, Linda Cardellini, Peter Sarsgaard, & Richard Jenkins.

Tonight is the series premiere of Extreme Catch on NGC at 9/8c, followed by a 2nd new episode at 10/9c. The show follows Captain Bruce Davey, his wife Juanita, son Tiger, and other family members and team members through the Gulf of Carpentaria off the coast of Northern Australia. These waters, known as Cape Carnage, are famed for being one of the world’s most unforgiving and thrilling fisheries. It’s quite the environment for a four-month expedition as the crew faces brutal weather, mechanical breakdowns, and even sharks. They’ll put it all on the line in order to reach the season’s ambitious 45-ton Spanish mackerel goal. Each of the 10 episodes captures the struggles faced battling the elements and pushing them to their limit. Of course, when family is involved, that can create a unique dynamic in these dangerous environments.
