Stay five feet from me. Don’t come any closer. I am so sick right now, it’s not even funny. Coughing, throat feels like I swallowed knives, etc etc. So I’m extra glad there’s good stuff on tonight. It gives me a chance to put my feet up and try to relax some. Keep reading to see what we think you should be watching.

Last week’s Law & Order: SVU was sad and kind of heartbreaking… Benson started to pressure a rape suspect into making a false confession, albeit not on purpose, but she was stopped before she was able to. Then that led to a previous suspect who claims his confession was coerced…and it turned out it had been. They eventually got the right guy (for the previous crimes AND the new one), but that led to Benson and her ADA boyfriend to call it quits when he was put in charge of a team that will be looking into old cases. I really enjoyed them together. She deserves to have someone special in her life, and I loved Harry Connick Jr. Ah well. heh
On tonight’s episode, “Valentine’s Day,” while video chatting with his wife (guest star Chloe Sevigny) on the way home from an international business trip, a Wall Street executive watches an intruder assault and abduct her. The kidnappers demand ransom, and Detectives Benson, Amaro, Rollins, and Tutuola are on the scene when the missing housewife arrives to pick up the money. She frantically tells the detectives about her ordeal, but Benson grows suspicious of her story. The SVU squad and Assistant District Attorney Casey Novak dig deeper to find out who the real victim is in this increasingly complicated case.
