It’s been an interesting May sweeps for us, where some of our favorite shows had mediocre finales, but some of our other favorites knocked it out of the park. To transition from last season to the summer shows, we thought that we would talk about our top finales, as well as our least favorites. Warning: you may be spoiled if you haven’t watched these finales yet!
The first five are our top favorites, from fifth to first, our most favorite.

We’re halfway through the week and still on Baby Watch 2011. I’m watching One Born Every Minute and bawling my eyes out at all the happiness. Next on my list is Top Shot. Yay! Now, on to what we think you should be watching tonight!

My choice tonight is the return of Law & Order: SVU on NBC. This is my favorite of the Law & Order shows, and I’m glad to see the first new episode in a month. I also miss Benson and Stabler working together as partners. It seems like the last few episodes, one of them has been off doing something else, leaving the other to partner with one of the other cast members. Don’t get me wrong, I love all the cast, but I love watching Benson & Stabler together.
On tonight’s episode, a man is found stabbed in a parking garage, and as Stabler and Benson investigate, they discover the victim’s illicity hobby, which leads them to go undercover to a swingers club. The detectives question how far jealousy can push a person. Rose McGowen (Charmed) guest stars.

Megan is *this* close to having that stubborn baby! 🙂 She’s trying to rest as much as she can, but send her your “go into labor now” vibes, please! Now, let’s see what we think you should watch!

Tonight is the night I’ve been looking forward to for the last month. Tonight is Emily’s swan song–ie: her last episode of the season (& probable series). I have loved the character of Emily Prentiss (& the actress Paget Brewster herself) since she joined the show. I was not a fan at all of Elle, so when Prentiss joined, I was thrilled I liked her so much more. Then, CBS made the stupid decision to cut episode orders for both Brewster and AJ Cook (Jennifer Jareau, who left the BAU early this season). Talk about making me horribly sad! 🙁
On tonight’s episode, Prentiss feels that she is ready to finally confront her nemesis, Ian Doyle, once and for all. The BAU team calls upon their beloved former team member, JJ, to help them find Prentiss and capture Doyle before it’s too late.
Don’t miss it tonight on CBS at 9/8c! Learn where to find episodes online of Criminal Minds @ Clicker.

It’s really weird to go to sleep feeling perfectly fine, and wake up at 7:00 in the morning so stuffed up, you can’t breathe through your nose. Thirty-six hours later, I still feel like utter crap. lol Dunno what is going on, but this cold or sinus problem has GOT to go! I’m not so sick I can’t enjoy TV, though, and there’s lots of great stuff on tonight to keep a viewer (sick or not) entertained. So read on to see what we think you should be watching tonight!

I know I’ve said it before, but I must repeat it: If you aren’t watching The Defenders because you think, “Jim Belushi? Really?”, trust me, he’s nothing like his character on his last show, According to Jim (which I loved, but I know a lot of people didn’t). Please, just give it a shot. I assumed from the promos and pictures before the show ever started that the show would be more jokey comedy with exaggerated … I dunno, goofiness and not focused so much on the cases and seriousness. I was wrong. Yes, the show definitely has a lot of comedic moments, but Belushi and O’Connell have a fantastic chemistry, the supporting cast is great, and the cases and stories are funny, serious, heartwarming, and everything in between. The show tackles everything from strippers charged with prostitution, to murders, and tonight’s episode, the he said/she said of a rape case.
The promos for tonight’s episode look like it will be a very emotional episode, with a smattering of humor thrown in on the side, which is what the show does best: making you feel more than one emotion every episode. On tonight’s show, Nick is prompted to defend a 21-year-old man whom he has personal ties with after a victim identifies him as her attacker in a sexual assault case; Pete is a little stunned at the fact that he has to attend jury duty.
Check out the promo for what is sure to be a fantastic episode of The Defenders, and then catch the new episodes tonight on CBS at 10/9c. Learn where to find episodes online of The Defenders @ Clicker.
