Peter Gallagher (Californication, The O.C.) is Arthur Campbell, the formidable director of Clandestine Services for the CIA on USA’s new drama, Covert Affairs. He is guest-starring opposite Piper Perabo & Christopher Gorham, and Kari Matchett plays his wife on the show.
