If you’re a fan of shows like American Idol or The Voice and like country music, then you might want to check out Real Country on USA Network tonight. In each hour-long episode, country stars Shania Twain, Jake Owen, and Travis Tritt will hand-select emerging solo artists, duos, and groups to perform in showcases that spotlight the rich traditions, songs, and themes of country music. The best artists from each showcase will perform in a two-hour grand finale, for the chance to be named one of country music’s next breakout acts. In each episode, there will be a guest star, including Trace Adkins, Wynonna Judd, & more, and it’s hosted by Graham Bunn, from Southern California’s radio station Go Country 105.
On tonight’s episode, “Drink Up and Party Down,†a panel of music icons and celebrity guests search for country music’s next breakout musical acts. Joined by special guests, Big & Rich.
