O.M.G. Twenty freakin degrees right now. It’s only supposed to be 34, according to weather.com. Brr. So it’s the perfect weather to curl up under a blanket in front of the TV, and tonight’s a good night for it, as there’s some great stuff on. Megan is under a deluge of snow at the moment, so her internet crapped out last night. Let’s welcome JJ back. With Castle & Bones not on, it gives me a chance to recommend another of my favorite procedurals, Hawaii Five-0. I love that Catherine is becoming more and more a part of every episode. I love the actress that plays her (Michelle Borth), and I love the character. Plus, I love her & Steve together. So having her as a series regular this season is great. I’m still not quite sure what to think about Steve’s mom—did we ever hear a good explanation for why she fired into the floor and let the Chairman (I mean Wo-Fat lol) go? I just don’t know if I trust her completely yet. I hope she doesn’t end up screwing over the team.
On tonight’s episode, “Huaka’I Kula/Field Trip,” an Aloha Girls camping trip with Grace turns deadly when an armed man takes McGarrett and a little girl hostage. Meanwhile, Adam introduces Kono to his dangerous brother who was recently released from prison. Tom Arnold guest stars.
