TV News – 10/26/10

Tuesday night is so exciting for me today, because Glee is back this week, and I’m getting ready to do the Time Warp with the cast while they take on The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Will you be watching?

I am a little sad to announce this next bit of news because I really like this new drama. ABC has pulled the plug on The Whole Truth due to it’s low ratings. This was a great idea for a legal drama and I’m sorry that it never found it’s footing. Farewell, and hopefully Maura Tierney (ER) will find another show to head soon because I adore her. Source

TV News – 10/11/10

Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian readers. 😀 I had a busy day filled with dinner guests, pumpkin pie and lots of dishes. All that aside it was a fabulous visit, but now I’m ready to sleep. First, I’m going to bring you a few tidbits of news.

Prison Break producers Matt Olmstead and Nick Santora are trying to get Robert Knepper to star in their new show, Breakout Kings. The greatest part is that he’d be playing his original Prison Break role as T-Bag. The show follows the partnership between the U.S. Marshal’s office and a group of convicts, who band together to help catch fugitives on the run. It should premiere in early 2011, and I’m actually quite excited aren’t you? Source

TV News – 8/24/10

I wish I could say it’s been a good Tuesday for me, but alas I can’t. I’ve been under the weather and am fighting off a kidney infection. If I wasn’t able to type right now I’d blame the Mack truck that I’m sure ran over me. 😉 That’s enough whining and complaining about my woes, let’s take a look at some TV news.

It’s going to be a father-son reunion on The Whole Truth this fall, when Judd Hirsch (the father on Numb3rs) guest stars with Rob Morrow (his son from Numb3rs). Hirsch will be playing “a well-respected judge who is accused of corruption and murder. He hires Morrow’s rising criminal attorney to represent him.” The Whole Truth will premiere on September 22nd, and I so far I’m enjoying what I’ve seen. Source
