For weeks, during the episodes of Top Chef, I’ve been seeing ads for Bravo’s new travel reality series Tour Group, and I’ve been looking forward to checking it out. The series, which premieres tonight, finds three expert tour guides taking a group of eleven strangers on a once-in-a-lifetime trip around the globe. The eclectic mix of travelers include a pair of half brothers who have never been outside of the US, a married couple getting over a near-death experience, an on-air personality who is reevaluating his work/life balance after his own back-to-back near-death experiences, a woman on one last hurrah deciding whether it’s time to settle down with her boyfriend, a guy who recently broke up with his boyfriend, estranged twin sisters, a women who just went through a messy divorce from her billionaire ex-husband, and another divorcée who is engaged for the thirteenth time! It’ll be interesting to see how this odd mix of personalities learn to get along while experiencing new cultures and breathtaking locations. It kind of looks like The Amazing Race but without the challenges or elimination – the participants just get to enjoy the experience.
On tonight’s episode, “Not in Georgia Anymore,” the group lands in Marrakech, Morocco, to begin their journey in the series premiere of this travel-reality show about three tour guides and a group of strangers taking a globe-trotting trip. Also: A playboy sets his sights on estranged twin sisters.
Check out this fun new travel-reality show tonight on Bravo at 10/9c.
I’ll also be watching/recording The Muppets, Marvel’s Agent Carter, New Girl, Grandfathered, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Grinder, American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson, Teen Wolf, and The Shannara Chronicles.

We met a new (to us) detective last week on Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Adrian Pimento (played by Jason Mantzoukas, from The League) had been deep undercover for years and was finally back at the Nine-Nine. Of course, being undercover that long, there is a significant adjustment period, and it showed in how jumpy, cagey, and ragey he was. Jake was concerned that maybe he’d been under too long and had turned to the dark side, but when he tried to snoop, he got caught and only then realized his worries were unfounded. Rosa was very attracted to the guy, which was pretty funny. Meanwhile, Charles ended up facing off with the precinct’s custodian (played by Kate Flannery, from The Office) and her staff, which was pretty funny. And Holt asked Gina to help him film a “fun and informational†video starring himself and Rosa, but he didn’t want it to be over-the-top and flashy. Uh, hello?! You asked GINA when you wanted it low-key and “boring Really? Of course, that didn’t work out at all. LMAO
On tonight’s episode, “Cheddar,†Holt allows Amy and Jake to house-sit for him while he visits Kevin in Paris, but mayhem ensues when Holt’s beloved dog, Cheddar, goes missing under their watch. Meanwhile, a romantic fling between Adrian Pimento (guest star Jason Mantzoukas) and Rosa disrupts Terry and the rest of the precinct.
To see if Amy & Jake can find the lost dog, tune in to FOX at 9/8c.
I’ll also be watching/DVRing Team Ninja Warrior, NCIS, Grandfathered, The Little Couple, NCIS: NOLA, Rizzoli & Isles, Chopped, & The Shannara Chronicles.
