Tonight, The CW kicks off its epic four-night “Heroes v Aliens†crossover event, beginning with Supergirl. Last week, Mon-El had been abducted by Lillian Luthor, and when Kara tried to save him, she was confronted by the real Hank, who had been turned into a cyborg by CADMUS. In her efforts to save Mon-El, Kara lost her powers. Lillian utilized this opportunity to collect a sample of Kara’s blood and then took off, leaving Kara and Mon-El in their cells to die. However, Jeremiah Danvers made a surprise re-appearance just in time to rescue them. Meanwhile, Guardian was being blamed for evil happenings in the city, and James had to clear his alter-ego’s name; and J’onn discovered that M’gann was really a White Martian (the Green Martians have a longstanding feud with the White Martians) and that the blood she transfused into him will eventually transform him into a White Martian as well.
What does Lillian plan to do with Kara’s blood? How will becoming a White Martian change J’onn, and is it too late to stop the process? I’m really excited for this week’s massive 4-series crossover. These crossovers are the main reason why I’m still watching all of these series. In the past we’ve seen Supergirl interact with Barry, but that was in Earth 3, so I’m curious to see how her world will collide with the other series. I’m also interested in what this “Heroes v Aliens” title means, especially given that Kara is herself an alien. The action starts tonight and then continues the following three nights with The Flash, Arrow, and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.
On tonight’s Supergirl midseason finale/crossover premiere, “Medusa,” a superhero crossover event begins with Barry Allen and Cisco Ramon from The Flash seeking Kara’s help with an alien invasion; at the same time, Eliza comes to town to celebrate Thanksgiving with her daughters, which seems like the perfect opportunity for Alex to come out to her mother. Meanwhile, Winn and James consider telling Kara the truth about the Guardian; and Kara wants to team up with Lena Luthor to combat a deadly virus unleashed by CADMUS.
Check out the start of the crossover event tonight on The CW at 8/7c.
I’ll also be watching/recording Timeless, Gotham, Lucifer, Jane the Virgin, and People of Earth.

Lucifer had a big episode last week, with Lucifer losing his club and home because the owner died. It was a complicated mess, but what made it worse was how Charlotte was trying her best to ruin Lucifer’s life here on earth because she wants him to return to heaven with her because she isn’t going to leave another son behind. She has realized the way to get Lucifer to go home is to get to him through his love for Chloe. I really hope we can be done with this story soon because I find Charlotte annoying and I liked the story lines before her.
On tonight’s episode, “Quid Pro Ho,” Charlotte is determined to get Lucifer to leave Earth by turning Chloe against him. Meanwhile, Amenadiel has begun working as Charlotte’s soldier, which makes Maze question his loyalty.
To find out what damage Charlotte causes now, tune in to FOX at 9/8c.
I’ll also be watching The Voice and Timeless.
