Last week’s Wesen on Grimm was creepy – and that’s saying something, considering how many different, creepy Wesens we’ve seen throughout the series! A guy living at a rundown hotel was freaking out because he swore a monster was attacking him when he went to sleep, so he’d driven himself crazy by staying awake as much as possible. Turns out it was the hotel’s owner, who couldn’t sleep unless she stole it from others. And she did that by turning into this monster-looking thing with a huge, gaping mouth with lots of teeth-looking/sucker things and basically swallowing the person’s face as she siphoned out the sleep pheromones or whatever. It was creepy. LOL Meanwhile, back at the Spice Shop, Monroe, Rosalee, and Eve figure out that the symbols Eve carved in the tunnel are a calendar – a mix of different centuries and civilizations, such as Sumerian and Mayan – but instead of being a date in the far-distant past…it’s a future date: March 24, 2017! What the…?? I guess we’ll find out!

I’ve seen tonight’s episode, and it’s honestly one of the funniest ones of the series. I laughed out loud so many times. Hank, especially, was hysterical. Russell Hornsby kills it in this one. My favorite Hank episode ever, I think. Plus, we get more Diana creepiness but with an amusing twist.

On tonight’s episode, “Blind Love,” Rosalee surprises Monroe with a getaway for his birthday and invites most of the gang to join them. Things take a shocking turn when a hotel employee targets Nick in an effort to avenge his father. Meanwhile, Eve gets a visit from a dark force that she has seen before. Elsewhere, Capt. Renard spends the weekend with Diana when a former ally decides to get even.

See what happens on the birthday getaway tonight on NBC at 8/7c.

I’ll also be watching/DVRing Last Man Standing, MacGyver, Rosewood, Hawaii Five-0, & Blue Bloods.

MacGyver manages to keep me on the edge of my seat every week with its dramatic cases. It also has me laughing and completely invested in the characters week after week, which is a sign of fantastic writing.

Last week was a very emotional episode, as Matty’s goddaughter was murdered and the killer was trying to pass himself off as the original Zodiac killer. In the end, the team solved the murder and uncovered the truth about the killer only being a copycat. It was nice to see how Matty is learning to appreciate some of MacGyver’s special improv skills.

On tonight’s episode, “Hook,” while tracking down the dangerous fugitive Aaron Deckard, Mac and Jack face the notorious Colton family of bounty hunters who already kidnapped their mark. Now, using a hook and a car cable, Mac must extract the criminal from the Coltons, who are unaware of the deadly situation they’re in. Also, Bozer and Riley try to hack into Jack’s CIA file to find out about his history with Matty.

To see if they get caught snooping on Jack, tune in to CBS at 8/7c.

I’ll also be watching Grimm, Sleepy Hollow, Emerald City, Blue Bloods, and Hawaii Five-0.
