I was a big fan of Cash Cab back in the day (ya know, way back from 2005-2013. LOL), a game show that took place in a New York taxi minivan. Host Ben Bailey would pick up a fare, and on their drive to their destination, they would play a trivia game in order to win money. Like a lot of trivia game shows, the contestants could seek help – using pedestrians on the street and by calling friends or family. If they got three questions wrong, though, Ben would pull over and drop them off, regardless of how far they were from their destination.
The show is back tonight, along with host Ben Bailey. This season, some passengers will be joined by a guest celebrity who will help the passengers rack up the cash. The celebrity line-up includes Matthew Perry, Brooke Shields, Scott Bakula, Gilbert Gottfried, Dave Foley, Jeff Garlin, & Susie Essman. I can’t wait to find out how they’ve revamped the series and see if the show is as fun as it was before!
On tonight’s episode, “Celebrity Edition: Scott Bakula,†two rowdy brothers from Alabama test their luck in the cab; an unsuspecting couple are headed uptown when their ride is hijacked by celebrity Scott Bakula.
Check out the new season starting tonight on Discovery Channel at 10/9c.
I’ll also be watching/DVRing The Great Christmas Light Fight, Man With a Plan, Holiday Baking Championship, Superior Donuts, 9JKL, & Christmas Cookie Challenge.

Lucifer has been stressing me out lately because of the lack of movement on the relationship front for Lucifer and Chloe. I am quite worried that the writers are going to put Chloe together with Pierce, but I really hope that I’m wrong. On another hand, I would love to see Amenadiel end up dating our favorite psychiatrist because there is some serious chemistry there – especially after a recent episode where he helped her come to terms with all the crazy things that have happened in her life since she found out the truth about heaven and hell. Overall, I am invested in this show and need to see where they take us next.
On tonight’s epiosde, “The Sinnerman,” Lucifer is worried when he realizes that recipients of his favors start to turn up dead. After he and Chloe investigate, they are finally brought face-to-face with the Sinnerman. Meanwhile, Detective Pierce returns to work after taking a bullet; Charlotte finds a new career; and Amenadiel has a new love interest.
To finally see who the Sinnerman is, tune in to FOX at 8/7c.
I’ll also be watching The Voice, The Good Doctor, The Gifted, Man With a Plan, and The Wall.
