Tonight is the series premiere of Bless the Harts on FOX at 8:30/7:30c. The show follows the Harts, a Southern family that is always broke and forever struggling to make ends meet. They one day hope to achieve the American dream, but they’re already rich — in friends, family, and laughter. The series features the voices of Kristen Wiig (Bridesmaids, Saturday Night Live), Maya Rudolph (The Good Place, Bridesmaids), Jillian Bell (Workaholics, Fist Fight), Ike Barinholtz (Blockers), Fortune Feimster (Office Christmas Party, Chelsea Lately), Drew Tarver (The Other Two), and Mary Steenburgen (The Last Man on Earth, Curb Your Enthusiasm).

Tonight is also the series premiere of Godfather of Harlem on Epix at 10/9c. Starring Oscar winner Forest Whitaker, Vincent D’Onofrio, Giancarlo Esposito, Paul Sorvino, Nigel Thatch, and Ilfenesh Hadera, this is inspired by the story of infamous crime boss Bumpy Johnson (Whitaker), who in the early 1960s returned from ten years in prison to find the neighborhood he once ruled in shambles. With the streets controlled by the Italian mob, Bumpy must take on the Genovese crime family to regain control. During the brutal battle, he forms an alliance with radical preacher Malcolm X (Thatch) — catching Malcolm’s political rise in the crosshairs of social upheaval and a mob war that threatens to tear the city apart. Godfather of Harlem is a collision of the criminal underworld and the civil rights movement during one of the most tumultuous times in American history.

Tonight is the series premiere of The Holzer Files on Travel Channel at 10/9c. For the first time ever, Travel Channel is exclusively reopening the case files of America’s first ghost hunter, Hans Holzer, revealing the original recordings and documents from the paranormal pioneer’s renowned studies. In The Holzer Files, a dedicated paranormal team — led by investigator Dave Schrader, psychic medium Cindy Kaza, and equipment technician Shane Pittman — revisits Holzer’s most captivating cases. With the help of Holzer’s daughter, Alexandra Holzer, and researcher Gabe Roth, the team picks up where Holzer left off to re-examine the terrifying hauntings that he dedicated his life to researching. Recognized as the “father of the paranormal,” Hans Holzer’s legendary four-decade exploration into disturbing hauntings like the Amityville Horror house helped spawn legions of supernatural enthusiasts, more than 120 books and even inspired Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis to write Ghostbusters. In each of the series’ 10 hour-long episodes, the team will cull through thousands of Holzer’s recently discovered documents, letters, photographs and chilling audio and visual recordings dating back to the 1950s. Using his findings, team members track down recent developments from each haunting and head back to the location to reinvestigate with a fresh perspective, harnessing their own research, skills and expertise.

  3. Doug says:

Any chance you could add dragons den to your list of new shows? Just curious..love this site👌🍻

    • Jenny says:

Hmm. What show is that? The only one I see is from BBC America, but it last aired in the 2016-2017 season. No news of it being cancelled or renewed since, so most likely it’s done. Are you thinking of something different?

      Thanks. 🙂

      • Doug says:

If ya Google dragons den Canada it shows new episodes being aired now..on my android box I have one show to watch now..more to come..all good tho love you site Ty for all you do!!🍻

        • Jenny says:

Ahh. Unfortunately, I don’t post shows airing in other countries. There’s just no way for me to keep track, since sources would be in-country only. Sorry! 🙁
